"I have been going to Wingstop for sometime. We moved here and been going to the closest store which is this one. On my last 3 visits my order has either not been filled as requested or just wrong. For that reason we now order at the counter. We ask for extra seasoning and well done cooking time on both our fries and wings to make sure they are fresh. They give us a wait time of 15 mins for our order, which is expected as we ask for fresh order because we have been dealing with that issue before. We came back in after waiting about 10 mins and our order was ready. When we got home and opened up the order the wings had little to no seasoning on them. They were not well done because we have had well done wings from Wingstop as we asked before from another location. These wings were oily and little to no seasoning at all. It was already late so we called in to complain and were asked if we wanted to come back and get seasoning on the wings. We live 15 mins away. I don’t think offering to put the seasoning on the wings ,when we had specifically ordered them in that manner, after we have made it home was a proper way to fix this issue. We come in and order and willingly wait to ensure the food is done correctly and they still make it wrong. I don’t think it’s fair to spend money on a meal and not have it made they way we as as customers. I will not be coming back to this location to order from this moment forward as the only response i was given was to leave a review from the store. I will now be traveling to orange blossom trail to get my orders done correctly. This location is full of workers that have great customer service smiles but no integrity as they gave me the order as a walk-in with the bag tapped down as if it was a door dash order. I should have known to check the bag but I’m am overly irate. I will be leaving google reviews as well."

"Stay clear of this restaurant if you are seeking good customer service. This establishment is not concerned with pleasing or accommodating the general public. The actions of the manager and counter personnel discourages customers from ever returning to this location. We never discovered if the wings are tasty/enjoyable as we were discouraged from even placing an order. We will never return. There are just far too many eating establishments that welcome our spending dollar , this restaurant does not want our business."

"We ordered through Grubhub and Grubhub had messed up the order, store manager Daisha made it better and corrected the order for them, Grubhub would be nothing without professional people like this, if i could give the store 10 stars I would. Be careful with these Grubhub orders."

"Hi there to anyone reading, I’m thrilled to be the first person to leave a Google review for one of my favorite places, Wingstop. This brand-new location boasts a freshly trained staff, and my order was taken by a kind woman named Serena. She was attentive and delightful to speak with. My order consisted of 10 boneless wings—5 Cajun and 5 Hot Honey Rub—which tasted great. I also had a side of large Buffalo Ranch Loaded Fries and Bleu Cheese dip. I’m very happy with my order. I didn’t get a drink because I’m not a big fan of soda or unbottled water but the drink machine looked sparkling. The establishment was pristine, fresh, and modern, all while maintaining that classic Wingstop feel with some key modern touches. I’m glad to have been one of the first customers of the day—and possibly one of the last on their first day (I’m not sure, as I arrived just before closing). It was a pleasant surprise to receive an unofficial first-day customer brownie as a delicious freebie from the location.
