"Service was great. We got 8 pc wings and fries with a coke. The wings were awesome. Cooked just right. The fries were well seasoned. Everything was cooked fresh. I came out piping hot. Very clean."

"Just ordered through door dash and spent over $80. We didn’t receive neither one of the cheese sauces or the 52 oz lemonade. Literally robbed me of $10! Will NEVER go here again. The food is cold and the driver came straight here with it and the wings barely have any sauce. Worst wing place ever!"

"### **Title: Dishonest Order Status – Caused Unnecessary Waiting** I visited this location recently to pick up an online order. Upon arrival, the order status screen clearly indicated my order was **"Ready for Pickup."** When I approached the counter, the employee informed me that the order was, in fact, **not ready** and still needed some time. I sat down to wait, but after about seven frustrating minutes, I checked in again. I spoke with the person I believed to be the supervisor, who gave me a very concerning explanation: **They mark orders as "Ready" on the system simply to avoid customer complaints or problems.** This situation is very misleading. Customers rely on the status screen to manage their time. Falsifying the order status is dishonest and wastes the customer's time unnecessarily. I hope management addresses this practice immediately to ensure accurate and honest communication with their patrons."
