"UPDATE - Shanley (I believe the DM) went above and beyond calling me personally just to hear my concerns about the oil soaked food today. Updating my review only due to the fact that Shanley truly was so kind, went above and beyond, and understanding. I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The chicken in our order was completely inedible and absolutely soaked in grease. I understand wings can be saucy, thats why we order Wingstop... but the chicken literally had no sauce even on them, it was grease. But this was beyond that, the bag itself was saturated and the containers were covered in grease. The chicken was dripping to the point where it was unappetizing and impossible to enjoy. We took one bite and had to throw the entire order away. Every wing. Every strip. Straight to the trash. I called the store simply to make them aware of the issue. I was not asking for a refund — I even stated that clearly during the call with my new friend Chantel. I just wanted to let them know that the food quality was extremely poor. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager, Chantel, made the situation worse. She was immediately defensive and placed me on hold while I was mid speaking. I was calm and not argumentative at all, so the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Chantel told me to bring the food back in — again, not what I was calling for. At this point, I was halfway tempted to bring the trash bag with the chicken in since she insisted... I have photos of the grease-soaked bag and containers as proof, which I’ve already sent to corporate since a simple courtesy call somehow turned into an ordeal with Chantel this lovely Friday. Disappointed in the food. Even more disappointed in how it was handled. Hopefully this location decides to do better."

"I hate leaving a review but my God….. I will NEVER go back. My order was ice cold, My wings were filled halfway up with sauce, and the pieces of “boneless chicken” We’re just breading. (I did not eat the food I had to order Steak ‘n Shake instead) I hope you guys find better kitchen staff because this is not a good representation of how kitchens should preform. Now my dinner is ruined. Thanks Wing House"

"I was so disappointed and pissed. Ordered 30 wings crispy, and fries and t the order was swimming in grease and the wings were not cooked well at all. The skin was soft…which is nasty. When I called I was told they are using a different company for the wings and they don’t get brown. I was insulted by the excuse. I couldn’t bring them back either. There was no care taken and it was obvious."

"Came in to a different wingstop location today and met the best employee ive ever came in contact with. Her name is jazz and her customer service is amongst the best I am a store manager for a retail store and I couldn’t help but try to recruit her!! Beautiful personality an great smile to add with. She’s a gem and I now have a wingstop I will always go to just off the interaction I had with her. She deserves a raise and a bump into management if not already."

"Super Loud Rap Music, so loud we could not even speak to each other, worst part was it was VULGER music. We like rap, I asked if they would turn it down, instead they put on some Pop music but never turned it down. DO NOT EAT IN. little drizzle of your flavoring these are not boneless wings, they are just over cooked nuggets drizzled with sauce. We are 1 and done, never coming back to this place. Employee Girl up front politely asked if they would turn the music down, in fact she asked them twice but it was annoying loud."
