"Been waiting for Wing Stop to come to the area for awhile! We finally got one in the area!!! Went to check it out and was not impressed at all! I love wings! Who doesn’t, but I’m still trying to justify the prices and the quality. Service was good by the crew working and it was very busy as always. The fries were very soggy and the chicken was just ok, the wings were very small and taste was just ok, I make better ones at home. Not worth the hype and I as very disappointed. Ranch was like water also, hope things change here and this location just opened…. Not good"

"Honestly the best experience I've ever had in a wingstop. All the food was on time and looked fantastic and was delicious. Dimitre greeted me with a smile and friendly service, and with Angel and Tangela backing him up with prep, it worked out perfectly. 100% will be visiting again."

"It's busy but the employees were nice. The fries were soggy but I did order online so who knows how long it was on the shelf waiting for me to show up. The skin on the classic wings could use some work. They were soft, like under done. My biggest suggestion is that they work on calling out the names of the bags sitting on the shelf. After 10 minutes of standing there, I had to walk up and point out my name to the employee."

"Waited an hour and a half for food to be ready, called to check on it before I drove up there, and was told it was gonna be another 30 minutes. I had a feeling they lost my order. I got there and was told “it’s being dropped right now” after I was already told it was being made over the phone. I waited another 30 minutes to be told it’s being boxed up, and AGAIN another 20 minutes for them to finally get my order. They forgot the sandwich, ran out of hot honey flavor for the sandwich and tenders and didn’t even bother to mention or ask if we wanted a different flavor. They took it upon themselves to make them all hot? And didn’t even add any flavor on the sandwich. All the food is cold, covered in grease, and they gave us garlic Parmesan sauce instead of ranch???? I know they are BRAND NEW but honestly this isn’t acceptable. I’m obsessed with the turkey lake road Wing Stop in Orlando and was hoping our new location in Melbourne would meet at least half those expectations but I was mistaken. Hopefully in a few months things will be better."
