"HORRIBLE!! Food was cold. Chicken tenders was hard! Missing items in the bag that were paid for. Refused to give a refund even after talking to the mgr. very unprofessional. They need to do better. Will never order from this one again!!"

"Ordered online, they do not accept online payments. I'm not sure how it works, do they put your order in when you pay at the store or when it is sent? It was busy Friday afternoon. I knew there would be a bit of a wait (that's every Wingstop). All the staff were busy. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh (greasy as always). The tea was fantastic."

"I’m very disappointed with the service my aunt received at this Wingstop. She placed an order last night, but it was made incorrectly. When she brought it to their attention, instead of handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy, the manager — whose name is James — became irate and disrespectful toward her. Although they eventually recooked her food, the manager’s attitude was completely unacceptable. At one point, he even slammed the door in her face. This type of behavior from management is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store’s leadership. I hope Wingstop takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because customers deserve to be treated with respect — especially when they’re simply asking for their order to be made right."

"There’s was a girl name angel that offer me a free fries to do a survey for her after I did the survey she told me she couldn’t give me the free fries no more. Th hey scamming people over therefore"
