"My husband and I are doordashers and picked up here for a delivery to a customer. It smelled so good we thought we'd go back for us on our off time. What a disappointment. We both ordered the 20 wings and a large fry. The wings were supposed to be hot wings, instead they were not hot and full of garlic butter of some sort. The fries were saturated in grease and extremely salty. They weren't crispy like normal fries. Instead they were limp and soggy. I can't say we'll ever go again and as a Doordasher promoting companies, I definitely can't recommend Wingstop to potential customers. Wingstop, you failed your Litmus test in every way possible. Did I mention that you can't get ranch dipping sauce unless you are willing pay extra. So much cheaper to go to a grocery store and get a bottle of ranch. I would expect more from a place that is charging $30/pp."

"I never write bad reviews or even use Google reviews but this has to be the 4th time I've gotten my order wrong at this location in a row :(( The first time I went to this location in person it was very busy, but me and another women had our bags sitting for over an hour without us knowing. An employee asked for our names but came back and said they did not have it. Turns out my name was spelled incorrectly and the other women had her bag sitting on the counter, not the pick up shelf. I was totally okay with having my order remade but I originally asked for a refund and they could not do it. I did not mind that but the women waiting with me was able to get a refund which I didn't understand My new order was still remade incorrectly. I was given lemon pepper wings but I asked for hot honey. I went back for another remake but I was given bone-in instead of boneless this time. I decided to give up on the remake and go home Just today I went back and ordered an 8 piece but was given one wrong flavor which was suppose to be mango habenera but was not spicy at all. The pieces are also very sad and tiny. I would understand if it were the end of the night but I placed the order 5 hours before closing I usually try giving a place multiple tries because I don't necessarily care about reviews but having my order wrong so many times in a row makes me not want to try again"

"This was my first time ever going to a Wingstop, why did it take me this long. The service is good The food is plentiful very flavorful We got there at 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday night and got fresh excellent food. There were six of us so it took a little longer to make but well worth the wait. I did the 20 with corn I got the garlic parm, the Hawaiian, Louisiana rub, and the lemon pepper. All four flavors were great, and the corn.... Wow."

"I’m not the one to complain my husband & I have some concerns and yesterday was an awful experience for us . I come here weekly with my husband this is our favorite wing place , But as I stepped to use the bathroom I’m coming out to hear a man yelling at someone , I honestly was scared . As I get to the front I noticed it’s an employee. Every week we come she is always so welcoming and respectful always smiling . This was very disturbing the customers in front were even talking about how vulgar and aggressive he was being .Then I saw him throw something green and proceeded to yell to the front of the store , I seriously am concerned about everyone’s safety. My husband and I will not be coming back ever !!!"

"I’m genuinely not one to complain with fast food but why advertise that you’re open late and then give the lowest quality food possible while charging the same prices. This service is so disappointing. We ordered 20 wings and we get basically just breading. Please have your employees do better."
