"It is a take-out establishment only so there are no tables, only benches to wait for your food. I walked in and after chatting with the new manager, Fantasia, she and Raney promptly got my 10 hickory smoked BBQ (slightly spicy hot) wings together. The wings were properly cooked and sauced, and packaged up with ranch dressing on the side. Everything was delicious and still fairly warm by the time I got home 30 minutes later. My husband and I inhaled them all. The only challenge one might have in that particular parking lot is that it is very small on that end of the Aldi‘s Plaza. I go to the dentist next door and can usually only find parking spaces on the side/back of the building. I have a handicap placard so that is a particular challenge for me. It would be very nice if all the employees in that building could park around the side or back. Thanks for the delicious wings!"

"I have been ordering from here for a while now. I usually use delivery and have never had order issues! Chicken tenders are best around (tender, juicy and not over breaded). Plus cheapest bone in wings around! But my order last night got me excited. THEY CHANGED THE RANCH!! YUMMM I am a ranch fanatic and their ranch used to resemble bottled ranch. Now, it's "restaurant style" aka homemade style. Great improvement, thank you!!"

"I’ve never had a problem with the place but tonight when I went in to order, I was immediately told that they’re only doing online. There’s no orders on there screen and no one else in there but even then still. I went to my car and ordered and was told it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes which i’m like “why couldn’t i just have done it inside then?” I don’t know but regardless of it rubbed me off the wrong way and definitely was upset"

"I could not be more happy with our first experience with Wingstop! Although I feel so confident that I ordered bone in wings, I picked up my order (which BTW was super fast!) and they were boneless. I took it back in and told them it wasn't what I ordered and they looked and said somehow, I DID order boneless. I was so sad, because I can't eat boneless. They manager said he had some bone in coming out, and I was SOooo thankful! Thank you for making my first experience Wonderful! And I absolutely LOVED the wings!"

"This establishment has proven to be an unreliable source of food. On September 14th, I placed an order for chicken wings, but upon receiving them, I discovered an unusual taste. I promptly contacted the establishment to report the issue, and I spoke with a manager who assured me that a credit would be applied to my account for the entire order. I subsequently placed a new order and requested a manager to process the credit. However, upon attempting to use the credit, which I believed to be at least $92.31, I was informed that the credit had been reduced to $15. This discrepancy is highly concerning and won’t be spending my hard earned money there ever again."
