"I've been to this location a dozen times or more for take out. Wings are good and deals have been excellent. However, this time we have a problem. See the photo? That's supposed to be a large veggies order. A solid 30% fewer than it should be. Honestly it looks like a small order. Also it was sitting in a few millimeters of water which would have been more than enough to destroy the bottom of the bag. That happened last time I got a to go order. I gave this atmosphere 2 stars because parking is terrible and there was a homeless guy asking for help. Chances are you are not going to have to deal with that guy, but parking still be terrible."

"If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. I called in an order for 20 traditional wings all flats, crispy. When I arrived the wings were old and soggy. The 10 mild wings were literally swimming in sauce and they put the wrong sauce on the other 10. I politely asked to have my order remade. The manager on duty agreed but made me wait nearly 40 minutes for the remake. It was already after 11 pm when arrived based on the time frame I was quoted when I ordered over the phone. After a 40 minute wait the manager on duty came out and handed me a bag and told me to check my order, he said “ I may have put too much lemon pepper on them”. The 10 lemon pepper had an excessive amount of seasoning and were fried hard as bricks and the mild wings were drenched in grease that seeped through the bag and covered the cups of ranch dressing. I took the bag a left because I know this was done out of retaliation because I asked them to remake my order. The manger stood on the side of my car with a grin on his face and said “the customer is always right”. Before I backed out of my parking space I could see him laughing with the other crew members after he went back behind the counter. I decided that it probably would not be in my best interest to even attempt to eat the wings and that I would write this review and take pictures so I can dispute the charges because the food was not fit to eat. The manager on duty was a heavy set black guy with a low haircut. There were also other customers that waited for an extended period of time to receive their orders. The staff on duty was more concerned with prepping the store to close than assisting the customers that were waiting. UPDATE: I went back into the store today immediately after the store opened and spoke with a different manager, I showed her the food and she was appalled. She apologized and remade my order the correct way without hesitation. I still don’t have any plans on revisiting this Wingstop location ever again."

"The food was precooked. The fries was cold and the already had the wings sitting in the basket. When we ordered them they redropped them in the grease to heat them up. When they fixed my order the wings was barely warm and the fries as well. Both was full or grease because of them letting them soak trying to reheat them instead of cooking them fresh."

"I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. The chicken here was by far the worst I’ve ever had from any restaurant—and that’s saying a lot because the Wingstop in Pensacola, Florida is amazing. The chicken had no seasoning at all, and the Hawaiian sauce had almost zero flavor. I ordered a 6-piece combo and could only eat two wings. The rest was so bad I had to take it home to try and doctor it up, but even that didn’t help. All the flavor was just on the outside and not seasoned through at all. I did eat the fries, but only because we didn’t get home until about 20–45 minutes later since my wife and I had to run into Walmart quickly. Overall, this location does not live up to the Wingstop name at all. If this had been my first Wingstop experience, I probably wouldn’t come back. "I’m sort of a picky/choosy eater however I love chicken strips . The tenders are full of gristles/fat sort of reminds me of Tyson chicken strips . The chicken breast tenderloin by Perdue, you will never catch gristles through out theirs . Wing stop I hope you guys do not use Tyson or some other brand that’s pre breaded and then you just deep fry them. Idk maybe I just received the wrong batch . The garlic Parmesan and Hawaiian sauces is what made the tenders great overall along with the ranch . Ehhh I can’t eat the extra fat and gristles .it definitely doesn’t allow you to receive the right amount protein having to pick through the mess . Omg the boneless wings that I used to order were pure chicken breast cuts ,no fat or gristle."
