"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop location. From the moment I arrived, the service was unwelcoming — we weren’t even greeted when we walked in. I placed an order for wings and a large ranch, but they gave me none. On top of that, the food was excessively greasy; it felt like I ordered oil with a side of wings. What made things worse was that the staff make it seem like the store was closed for no reason, which felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, the service was poor, the atmosphere was uninviting, and the food quality was terrible. This was by far the worst Wingstop experience I’ve had in Florida. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until serious improvements are made in customer service, professionalism, and food quality."

"Don’t know if there is a person working w grey hair or what, but for the love of lord put a Hair Net on, there was a grey hair stuck sticking out between my chicken & the fried breading… there was more horror to this experience as I ordered & over paid for one large ranch & received so many tiny ones that that 2 were broken & busted at the bottom of my bag, ranch was EVERYWHERE after paying their large dipping prices. & where was the seasoning on the fries?? Supposed to be the best part of wingstop fries. This location could do better man"

"I just want to say I don’t think this location rating is accurate. My food is always made fresh and match advertising. The last wingstop different location on 34th don’t touch this one! If I can give 20 stars I would! But the quality of food is fantastic! Whoever runs this store including the staff deserve a raise asap! I am so impressed and I don’t even like fast food like McDonalds n stuff. But I’d order from Wingstop and if it’s not from this location I won’t order on Uber! Lol!! Boneless wings shouldn’t be popcorn chicken. They really give you your money worth! I hope this review get this location noticed!!!!Thankyou all!!"

"Just wanted to give them a try. Taste is OK...The service and cleanliness was really good, and they were really busy with a lot of DOOR DASH orders. Not sure if it's because it was the coldest day in Florida and people weren't going out to eat, or I'm just a chicken wing snob."

"THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! I’m so mad right now!! My son ordered DoorDash and the chicken sandwich is SO DANG stale as if it was sitting for hours! 😡😡😡 Fries are so cold they’re soggy and unedible! No straws for drinks and chicken wings were cold as well! Our first time ordering from this location and will be the dang last! I should have checked the reviews before ordering, I can see where the 2.9 comes from! So disappointing after a hard dats work! But yeah, Merry Christmas coldstop, I mean wingstop!"
