"I typically order "later" around 9-10pm since I work late. They used to do the hot honey so amazing when it first came out, lately the last 4 times I have got that flavor there has been none on the wings just a pool of oil under neath my wings with the seasoning in that flood. Its gross. It's lazy. If your opened until 1am why are we becoming so lazy so early on. I don't even know if it's a time thing because one of the four recent times, were not that late. If I'm paying expensive prices for the wings I expect to at least have the rub on my wings not in a pool of oil under them. When I say a pool I mean it and hardly any seasoning compared to the oil. It is not hard to properly toss and season wings...They come out of the fryer hot and oiled no I'm not understanding why were adding a half cup of oil on top of that, before tossing in the rub. This seriously needs to be addressed. If they are adding excess oil even though the moisture of coming straight out of the fryer should be enough, it should not be more then 1-2 tsp. this is ridiculous. also my fries are always ordered with the rub as well, last night I got plain fries with about 5 giant clumps of the seasoning stuck in balls from oil... gross. At this point lefty's and Duffy's are better. Wing stop used to be the best, they have really gone down hill"

"This location is terrible. When I order something a specific way online it comes opposite. They don’t read instructions. I ordered my fries well done with extra fry seasoning. There was no fry seasoning on both fries. I ordered no pickles on my chicken sandwich and it came with no exaggeration 5 slices on pickles on top. Feels like they did everything opposite of how I ordered on purpose"

"Good stop at Wing Stop. Food was as ordered hot and fresh. Cheese fries are hot and good No fry seasoning, don’t care for the sugary rub flavor of their fry season. Ordered 8 boneless, got 9. They split the flavors and kept them separate in the package. The app has an option for well done fries for anyone complaining about limp fries, these are boardwalk style so they are big and limp. Just ask for well done. Also they have Coke products but no freestyle machine. Someone said Pepsi products but they were wrong. Garlic parm and mild sauce on point. Inside was clean and quaint. Outside had a few straw wrappers. I’d give it a 4, but boosting to a 5 to counter the bad reviews before."

"Aaliyah was absolutely amazing! This is my second time I get her and she remembered what I order. I work at a wing place and id rather come here to get my wings. Its something about these wings. They're delicious! Im so happy. And the garlic parm is sooooooooo good! I came out to my car to wait for the food but everything is great here. The food, the people that work here are so genuine. Its overall a great experience. I can't wait til they're ready!!! Sooooo good. I'd give it a thousand stars if I could. But Aaliyah thank you so much. Your such a sweetheart and I appreciate you so much. Ill definitely be back! Thank you to the manager as well. You really made this Wingstop a place everyone can come to, to feel welcome and enjoy excellent food at an amazing price. Have a great night. And anyone reading this i highlyyyyy recommend hot honey and the garlic parm sauces!"

"I normally don't leave bad reviews. I ordered 8 pcs chicken wings . No flavor, burnt , dry , old chicken , Very bad smell . I tried 2 of them . I couldn't finish the rest . My friend ordered chicken sandwich. Same thing , oily , not tasty . Customer service is okay but food is terrible. I won' t go back there again."
