"I got home and immediately had to write this review. I got their wings for Super Bowl and this is my second time getting wings from them. I usually go to the Wingstop on Lake Mary, but I stopped going there ever since I started going to this Wingstop because the quality is 10 times better. The service is 10 times better they’re so sweet and they’re so caring and the food is amazing. I cannot stop recommending this Wingstop exactly I will never fall or never go to any other Wingstop. You guys are amazing. You deserve the world even though they were so busy for Super Bowl. They were so sweet to everyone. They were so patient and calm."

"I came in yesterday for my food, somehow it wasn't ready or it seemed to be misplaced. A nice young man who seemed to be helping out while the back was busy was trying to locate my food for me. He told me he didn't see it and went to ask someone in the back about what should he do. To my surprise I was shocked when I heard "that's not my problem". I don't think that's something anyone should say out loud. I guess someone didn't realize I have ears. I was actually when he came back and ignored then and remade my food for me. I'm understand it happened to be Superbowl and I more so understand the frustration with the mass amount of orders, but that is no excuse. Thank you to the African American young man"

"I got half traditional and half boneless. 20 of each. Flavors were Atomic, Korean spicy Q, Mexican street spice, and mango habanero. Love all the flavors. Korean spicy tasted a bit soy saucey though. My complaint is the wings are small and over cooked. Boneless is small too and also over cooked a bit. I like thick juicy wings. That's all. I heard a lot about wing stop and their wings and how amazing and juicy they are. So I'm just disappointed. It is what is is though. Trad wings pix attached. Sharpie cap for comparison. In case I am in fact just too picky when it comes to wings lol"

"Doing business the wrong way. We did not receive the correct order (missing fries and gave us the wrong flavor wings). When we talked to the store, the employee told us the manager said there was nothing they could do to make it up. We were told since we ordered though Uber Eats they could not give us a refund. They then said there was nothing they could do to make it right. There was no accountability from the store. We will not be going back."

"The fries were cold, and the service was slow. The young girl was on her phone and leaning on the counter. I went back in to give the food another chance, and the food was worse! The fries were over seasoned and hard to eat yet alone enjoy. The wings weren’t crispy and I just threw the food away. I won’t return."
