From Manager Antonio to team members Rio and John, these three gentlemen work incredibly hard to support themselves and their families while still delivering great service and delicious food.If you ever have to wait a bit, remember it’s because they’re making your food fresh and doing their best to give you some of the best chicken you’ll ever have. "I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was actually ready in about 10-12 minutes so when I got there the fries were cold and the bottom of the wings were saturated in oil and grease. I requested lemon pepper seasoning on my fries but instead got fry seasoning, I asked for well done fries but fries were soggy and cold. I requested 6 hot honey wings and the wings were soggy, and didn’t even taste or smell like hot honey rub (which is strange because you can see the sauce or grease at the bottom of the container and it looks like what I usually get but something was completely off). I also asked for extra parmesan on my corn and I didn’t get any at all. Unfortunately the sad thing about it was the receipt was correct and even checking the bag before I left the store the food looked edible. I suppose moving forward I should take a bite of the fries and chicken to ensure they have the right seasoning and is cooked well done. I truly enjoy Wingstop and this experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth, I had one fry and bite of chicken wing and had to spit both of them out. The order taker was Kiyara. I even called back to speak to a manager but was placed on hold so eventually I just hung up. Again this was a terrible and unacceptable experience they were also out of napkins."

"There hasn't been one time that I've come here and my order has been correct. I come here because it's the closest to me but will be trying another location in the future. I'm always missing food and or sauces. I ordered food for the super bowl and was missing all sauces and sides.... Yes, it was ridiculous! I would check the bag and open containers to make sure the order is correct. I also don't recommend delivery because that was always wrong as well."

"all employees are talking and taking their sweet time. I don’t think they really care to get your order ready. It’s more like a social gathering than work tbh. If you have the option to go somewhere else please do ! update: didn’t get all 40 wings and they were all mild while i ordered 3 different flavors."

"The Wingstop ranch is so good, I purchased the $4.99 dip on the side with the order. It was 30 wings, 2 strips and fries (group order)… I feel cheated though because I didn’t get it. I did the survey to tell them all about it and WS has the nerve to send back a free French fry coupon which must be used in 14 days!!! Lol… bruh, run me my $4.99 😤. 2 stars right now… and it won’t change until made right! Order# 120051"
