"Fries cold, I placed this order, it took only 8 mins to get there and it taste like it's been sitting there and worn out. I walked into wingstop and staff were just standing there talking/gossiping... then to give me a cup the boy threw it on the counter towards me and walked away, landed side ways on the counter. Even after all that I said thank you have a good night but their back were towards me and they're still talking amongst each other. No one heard me. This was very unacceptable! Food is not fresh, fries wasn't enough and cold, soda good and they were nice enough to put an extras blue cheese in my bag. I had to airfry the food when I got home. I will not be ordering there anymore."

"EVERYTIME I order from this location it’s always something. So this time I called and once I placed my order to make sure it was done correctly. I spoke with “Juan” one of the managers. I received my food super oily and then I barely had any fries. I called to complain and possibly get the situation resolved. Nope I got them catching attitudes and being unprofessional. I recorded the call to play it for the general manager when I go to the location tomorrow. And then Luis is pretending to be the general manager of the location is ridiculous."

"We didn't want to wait at flannigans for 1.5 hr before a Panthers game but still wanted wings. Went to this location because it was the closest. When I tell you I made the best decision I'm understating it. Food was ready when we got there, wings were cooked PERFECTLY, and the staff was cool and working hard. No clue how this location got bad reviews but this will be our spot before any event at Amerant"

"Ordered for the family, 30 wings (spicy Korean bbq, lemon pepper and buffalo) and 3 large seasoned fries. All 3 flavor wings have weird aftertaste, like cardboard and none of the fries were seasoned, if they were, there was barely anything. I’ve been ordering wing stop for years from several locations, Weston has to be the worse one so far. I’ve gotten mix up in orders, 1 item here or there, but never had an order drop the ball completely. I rather drive down to pines and wait the long line but I know my food will be good."

"Im so disappointed. Staff was distracted because of some commotion going on with the cops I believe. My husband went to go grab our food. We got like 6 pieces of fries NO ranch and wings were stale. He had to drive all the way to Publix to go pick up ranch. You guys need to hire more mature staff and not little kids. Especially in a Weston location what’ a huge disappointment. Will not be going back. Worst wing stop I have ever been too."
