"Placed an order Super Bowl party I was hosting made online order to picked at 5:30 the place was complete pandemonium and totally disorganized. Ruined my party , after returning at 830 to get refund they said oh I our order is on the board be ready in 30… lol 3.5 hours later and still not ready!! How do u not anticipate on probably the busiest day of the year for them and got caught with your pants down. Ruined my party luckily Publix was around the corner.. REALLY FUMBLED THE BALL HERE 🏈 no pun intended do better l!!!"

"Tried Wing Stop for the first time ever last night and it was alright. I was greeted through the door with smiling faces so that was a good start but that was the best part of the experience for me. The manager on duty or what I perceived to be the manager was on his game and seemed like he was trying to run a tight ship and do all the right things which I can appreciate so 👏👏 to him, they need him. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting in the store for almost 25 minutes for my order. Kick up wait times online so people aren't waiting forever in store. The food was less than impressive but the sauces were good and I did enjoy the fries. Ill probably never eat Wing Stop again but wanted to try it out"

"I really was hoping for better quality chicken tenders. The coating was hard and crusty and this is no more than a fast food (even though my order took 25 minutes) joint. I went during a peak time of 7pm Friday. The staff was ON POINT! They all were hustling and moving fast and trying to fulfill the orders as quick as possible. It's the quality of food for the reason I won't be back. There's a small eating area that was full at the time of arrival so I don't suggest eating in. Also ... the blue cheese was runny."

"Eaten here 5 times and all 5 have been great experiences. The staff is what makes this location better than the rest. Very polite, respectful, and social with customers. This location is very busy with a lot of orders that get mixed up sometimes, but from what I have witnessed while dining in is customers are on their phones, miss their name being called, and that's what creates the confusion. Food is amazing and as you can see in my pictures, looks just as good as the ads when it's served. Please keep up the great work here!"

"I don’t usually eat wings. But I had a hankering for them tonight. Read all those negative reviews. Very unfortunate. I thought the food was fantastic. Great job. 👏🏼"
