"Was there Sunday put in an inline order said it was going to take 30 minutes when k arrived they told me it would be another 45 the place was jam packed. That wasn’t the issue I really couldn’t wait so I told the lady can I get a refund and they did not know how to do the transaction. She assured me I would get refunded by the manager when they got in and took my information. I still have not received anything"

"Ordered online because I noticed a huge line when I drove past a day before. Walked in after waiting about 25 minutes after placing the order. Food was ready and staff was super friendly and energetic when I arrived."

"I work at the hospital, and came just to order some fries 30 minutes before they close, didn’t know that they can close their registers 30 minutes before close, they also took absolutely forever just to greet me. It’s the stereotypical Wingstop. Not impressed at all"
