"After waiting 15-20 minutes for my meal. The 8 pce combo costs almost $15 dollars. After getting my food and leaving I had to pluck the feathers from the wings and the fries was warm and soggy. Bad ass business for me. When I returned they treated me like a begger and said there was nothing they can do. Sad"

"About 2 months ago I ordered from this wing stop and it literally made me sick. I just ordered it from the same location on Tuesday and here it is Friday and I have been sick ever since. I cant even eat anything for fear of my stomach being compromised. Please look into how you all are storing your food. I.e the temperatures are as they should be and meat and other items are stored as they should. Even the ranch which I believe is the main culprit. I will never eat at wing stop again due to this."

"Customer service was nice, food came out fresh and hot and tasted amazing!!! Got the Korean bbq flavor as my first ever personal meal from wingstop. It did take them a bit to get my brother's order right, but the food was amazing and fresh!!! Will be coming back to this spot!"

"I guess they dont have anywhere to put their personal drinks, i was sitting down waiting on my order when a young lady walked up and sat her OPEN drink next to mine, when i was planning on eating at the table, i just found it weird. I wouldn’t put an open out drink in front of a customer who may or may not put something in it or not, its unsafe. Waited 35+ minutes for my order which was only a 3 piece tender. Food good tho."

"This location has terrible customer service. I picked up my mobile order from this location today and the cashier just stared at me. She didn’t even greet or acknowledge me. I told her that I was here to pick up my mobile order and I told her my name. She just grabbed my bag from off of the shelf next to her and placed it on the front counter. She still didn’t say a word to me. Then she continued to look at me and just placed a cup on the counter. She had her left hand touching her right shoulder inside of her shirt while doing everything with her opposite hand. Which, was the right hand. Very unsanitary. There was about 6 staff members up to the front counter and not one of them thought to say anything to the customers. The wings weren’t good at all. The staff needs to be retrained at this location. It’s very disappointing."
