"My husband ordered 20 chicken wings with different flavors and side fries. He ordered it online so we just drove there to pick up the order. They are a little bit behind but didn't really bother me. There are flies in the kitchen and at the ordering counter. My husband and I agreed that everything is overly seasoned. The fries are cold and overly seasoned as well. We ended up throwing it away. It was an interesting experience."

"literally FEATHERS still attached to the wings i got. i went back to get a refund, was very calm and didn’t cause a scene. no one was helpful. the girls at the front barely responded, just gave me gestures. the manager never came up, just scanned through it once my wings were taken to the back and then walked out of sight. was promised a phone call. i asked about the refund and they said the call would be FOR the refund. however, i work in fast food and know it shouldn’t take a PHONE CALL to get a REFUND for something i’ve clearly not eaten and won’t eat… cannot believe this was handled with such little care and consideration. so unless you want people who are CARELESS with your time and food, i wouldn’t consider going… employees should be trained on how to handle simple situations like this, but instead i was just stared at like i was speaking a foreign language."

"If I could leave a zero star rating, I would! I can’t tell you how the atmosphere or food was b/c I was not given an opportunity to place an order. I had never tried them before and wanted to give the business a chance. I called to make a to-go order and was put on hold for ELEVEN MINUTES! Finally a recording said press any number to leave a message and a Wingstop agent will call you back. So I did and got another recording that said you were on hold b/c we were helping other customers. Please call back. It will be a cold day in you know where before I do! I’m actually glad now I didn’t get to order after reading the reviews and comments. This particular business on Hwy 96 has a Yelp rating of 1.0 which I think is generous. The Centerville and Macon sites both have a 2.2 rating. Yelp did not show a rating for the Perry site but Google has a 3.2 . They clearly have major management issues and won’t be in business long unless they improve tremendously and do it very quickly. I know I’m done!"

"Ordered food to go tonight. The wings and chicken tenders hardly had any hot honey rub sauce on it. Might as well have ordered them PLAIN because that's what we got. The veggie sticks were mediocre and more celery than carrots. Disappointing!"

"I ordered door dash tonight. Everything I ordered was great beside this basket of fries. Literally I felt like they fried a whole potato and gave me it all in this basket. Some areas were actually fries and the rest was undercooked potatoes. The potato still had a crunch to it. When I noticed these fries I maybe should have called to explain but felt if I’m ordering food it should be cooked properly too."
