"I called in an order for 8 wings combo all flat. I asked for the sauce on the side. When I received the total I questioned what I was being charged for. They were charging me for getting the dice on the side instead of poured on top. I then requested to put it on top to avoid unnecessary charges. The young lady who took my order was very snarky and impatient. Her name was Amaya. I sent my husband to pick up the food only to receive some obviously old wings that had been refried and guess what....drums! When I called back instead of being courteous, I was told that's what Amaya said I ordered!!! Had she not been argumentative with a customer and had been more patient and attentive maybe the order would have been correct. However, it totally would not have excused the poor quality. So, as the customer, we had to return back to the restaurant on our time and expense to get a replacement order. It may not seem like much to others but I find it inexcusable to spend my money on a business that doesn't seem to have any concern for the patron. The replacement order was to perfect. I like to tell the entire truth. However. It costed me more than it was originally worth for my time, return to the store and inconvenience."

"I would like to say I have been coming to this location now for the past month and I order yesterday and today and both experiences was amazing, I dealt with DERRICK both days and that young man made sure my food was correct hot and fresh. Today 02/25 i was also assisted by EVAN who was very helpful and polite and just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Derrick and Evan for making me feel appreciated and welcome like I’m home lol. Big shout out to WING STOP."

"The food is always fire but the customer service is trash. Food never ready on time - I adjust for it by coming 20 min after the suggested time. Then when I'm politely asking for a status, please do more than give a look and walk off. I'm not even asking for pleasantries. Jeez"

"Would give 0 stars if i could!!! Had to pay full price for a fountain drink to get a water for my daughter. If that is corporate policy, will not be making another trip to any Wingstop. Table was not clean when we sat down, I had to clean it. 0 stars!!!"

"Worst Wingstop I’ve ever ordered from. The wait times are ridiculous every single time, and the staff clearly don’t care—especially if you order late. They rush through your order, throw everything in the bag like it’s trash, and still mess it up. I ordered two large fries—they had the nerve to toss in an empty fry container and dump a tiny handful of fries in the bag like I wouldn’t notice. That’s straight-up disrespectful. The chicken? Don’t even bother. Late-night orders come out greasy, barely seasoned, and dry. If you ask for lemon pepper, expect plain wings with oil—not flavor. Terrible service. Sloppy food. Unprofessional employees. Avoid this location at all costs."
