"Was hoping this would be a good place to stop to get fast service wings. Came in tonight and waited over 40 minutes for one combo order while I watched the workers eat food behind the counter. We won’t be back unfortunately. Also while I was there I watched two people that ordered after me walk out because they were tired of waiting. There were plenty of people “working,” so I’m not sure what is going wrong. I never leave bad reviews but it was a very frustrating experience."

"Ordered online they would not answer their phones, when we got there 2 employees had locked up the place by 8pm and said that go to wingstop online for refunds we are closing the store while the sign says open till 12AM, employees were of no help very bad service. I would recommend not to go there"

"Nick is very friendly, and the food here is fantastic. We’ve stopped by three days in a row for lunch! The wing flavors are great and the fries are always crispy with tasty seasoning. We will definitely be regulars here!"

"I’ve visited this location many times and the food is consistently great, but the service this past Sunday at 8:00 p.m. was beyond absurd. While standing at the counter, I was told by the staff they were "only taking mobile orders." The staff was standing right at the register while being paid to be on the clock, yet they refused to take an order from a customer standing three feet away. I was not the only one in the store when this happened; I saw another gentleman walk in and walk out just before I did—I’m assuming for the exact same reason, as the staff wasn't helping anyone at the register. It is incredibly disrespectful to the franchise owner for employees to turn away walk-in customers while standing at their station. I feel for the owner here; it isn't their fault, and I hate that their business is being represented this way when they can’t be there to micromanage every second. This location is great and the food is excellent, but the current staff is actively driving business away and needs to be replaced."
