"The food is good, customer service is great but why doesn’t these workers wear gloves. Non of them are wearing gloves handling our food and LOOK at all that hair is the BACK with no hair net on it 🤢that is disgusting and should be addressed."

"On Sunday, March 1, I placed an online order for a 5-piece chicken tender combo, two additional tenders, and a 10-piece order of Cajun corn, intending to pick it up in-store. Upon my arrival around 4:00 PM, the manager informed me that the Cajun corn was unavailable. I declined a substitute and requested a refund for that specific item. The manager then contacted an individual via email, assuring me that I would receive a confirmation email shortly. While awaiting the preparation of my order, approximately 40 minutes elapsed. When I inquired about its status, I was informed that the entire order had been canceled, as partial refunds were not permissible. Despite this, I still desired the combo and proceeded to repurchase it, anticipating that the initial payment would be refunded to my account. However, a week has passed, and I have not received the promised email nor has the refund been processed. On Friday, March 6, I contacted corporate customer service. The representative indicated that their records showed a manual refund of approximately $9 had been issued. This information is inaccurate and a cause for significant concern. I am deeply disappointed with this experience at Wingstop. I am currently awaiting a callback from corporate within 48 hours."

"Ms. Kaniyah J. is Terrific! She is very patient and thorough. She went over the order to make sure she had it correct. The most amazing thing is I had an extra item added in error and she took ownership in the mixup and was willing to pay me out of her own pocket. She handed me the money before I could say anything. I told her with Excellent customer service and her concern for the customer and ownership of her mistakes she will go very far in life. She is a young person and has excellent integrity. I was extremely pleased with her service and the Awesome teamwork of all the employees. I came in on Superbowl Sunday night and watch the hold store get people in and out with pleasantness and helping one another, each interchangeable helping serve the customers with excellence.To the whole store From Barbara S."

"I’ve been to many wingstops, but this one is by far the best. The staff was very pleasant. The staff member that stuck out most to us was Brittany. She made sure to greet my family, and also made sure that our Order was correct. The atmosphere was such a positive space when we walked in. Brittany’s customer service skills were top tier. Thank you for making our dining experience great. We will definitely be returning customers."

"The best location ever!! My food was a 10/10. I ordered the 10-piece garlic parm wings with voodoo fries and everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The customer service was superb, and my wait time was not long at all. Great atmosphere and great vibes. I will definitely be back!"
