"I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. I ordered the family deal with 20 wings and fries: 10 lemon pepper all flats, 5 mango habanero, and 5 garlic parmesan. When I received my order, the wings were cold and mostly drums instead of all flats. I explained this, but the cashier argued that the app doesn’t allow “all flats,” even though I was told to order online because their system was down. The cook agreed to remake the order, but I saw him on his phone and scratching his back without washing his hands, so I had to ask someone else to finish preparing my food. When I got home, the wings were overcooked and inedible. I called the store several times with no answer, so I went back the next morning. (We ordered at 9:30 and didn’t leave the store until 10 due to the matter) I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this Wingstop. The night manager eventually agreed to remake the order, but I saw the cook him on his phone and scratching his back while handling food without washing his hands, which made me very uncomfortable. I had to request that someone else finish preparing the food. When I got home, the wings were overcooked, hard, and inedible. I tried calling the store several times with no answer, so I had to go back in person. When I returned, the night manager and general manager (Michelle, via phone) were rude, refused to remake the order, and told me to leave. I felt embarrassed and disrespected in front of other customers. From cashier to cook to management, the entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable."

"This place has the worst customer service ever every time I order online. My food is always wrong. My last online order we even called to make sure it was going be made correctly. It still came wrong and I had to driving up there after ordering on the website Paying for a delivery fee just to get my food done correctly. So today I decided to just go and order it in person waited over 30 minutes for a 10 piece Wrong it was supposed to be wet mild lemon pepper. I opened the box. It was just mild I told the guy it was supposed to be lemon pepper too. He took it and slammed it in the trash. Walk to the back and said oh she must of Wanted that. Brought it back it was just lemon pepper. I repeated what I ordered he walks to the back and says I’m not about to argue with her… You made my food wrong twice and yours mad at me… I asked for my money back so the manager came and said he would remake it."

"Placed an order for delivery and wingstop messed up 2/3 of the order. When confronted with the issue and refund requested the staff insisted we had to deal with the delivery service (who did their job btw ). I again requested a credit or refund and after explaining multiple times I would not contact the delivery service because I just wanted a refund the staff refused then quickly stayed we would.have a instpre.credit.of $25 them hung up on me. Clearly poor quality employees at this location who dont listen nor comprehend basic concepts or English. Very disappointing and I deserve my money back since I didnt get what I ordered ..."

"First time at this Wingstop / in general and I'm probably not going back. They were out of ice at the drink fountain, some employees were sitting down instead of trying to help make orders until it got busy. The person taking the register was also a little bit rude and giving people the wrong pickup order. Don't know if everyone one was having a bad day or what. The food was very very good, it's just the service that's holding this location back."
