"Ordered off Uber Eats and the order was given up 4 times? Never ever had this happen ever before. It seems like an issue with the restaurant since they close at 12 AM, but I ordered at 11. Do your job that you get paid to do please. This had happened twice before too."

"How do you forget my ranch when I order a 30 piece family pack. I'll tell you because you have too many folks working and no one is in charge of quality control. Food tasted good even though I had to use some other vendors ranch. You all need to do better"

"What’s the Point of staying open till 12 when you stop taking orders at 11: 40 is ridiculous struggled to eat here anyway thanks for saving me the trouble. 2/1 I went back against my better judgment, however tired of eating McDonald’s at this hour I asked for well done and got just about raw as a slap in the face for asking someone to do their job for a paycheck. I’m sick of this place will not ever be back after was told to do a review to get free corn with so much spice I couldn’t eat it and then to have to re-cook the wings to make them closer to my liking sick of this crap at this restaurant. Don’t go there if you’re a white person"

"Hair in our wings, chicken sandwich was over cooked, and we didn't get the fries we payed for. We spent almost $80 on this food just not to be able to eat anything. Do not order from here. Tried to give them another chance and now wr have missing food. Yall can't do anything right."

"The service is incredibly poor , the food is not very good and the cleanliness is disgusting. The lady who took our order was just plain rude and was even worse when I received my chicken wings and noticed I was short two wings. When I brought it to her attention she just rolled her eyes and walked off. I was not sure if I was getting my additional wings or not. I do have to note that the lady who brought the additional wings to me was very nice. The cleanliness of the place is incredibly poor. If they are going to have an open kitchen, they really should keep the place clean. The dining area is in poor condition."
