"It took us over 30 minutes to get our food. The wings were not marked, which is important to me because one is extremely hot and the other was mild. The fries tasted like burnt oil and were so hard. The only thing you could do is suck on them. It was as if they had already been cooked and they just threw them back in the fryer to heat them up when we ordered our food. About the only thing that I enjoyed was my soda."

"The last three times I ordered food here, I got dry - tinny - No meat wings and most of them drums make sure is even. Please do not over cook the wings. The service at the front is always been amazing and staff is great but the wings are loosing its magic. I’m thinking about giving up here. Please do better with the Lemon pepper wings and make sure it’s properly seasoned and fresh."

"I ordered some wings, fries and veggie sticks via Uber. The fries were fine same for the veggies. The wings were overcooked, dry, and borderline inedible. Whoever working the fryer is either inexperienced or just doesn’t give a damn. I should’ve been concerned when my order showed up so quickly. It’s because no one else is ordering food from there. Apparently, I’m the one not in the know."

"The manager said no more take out orders after we waited in line for 15 minutes. I didn’t catch his name but it looked like stole a 15 year olds mushtash. He was also more interested in arguing than our experience. The gentleman running the register was great. The manger not so much We ordered on line from the parking lot so I’m not sure how that helped catch up on orders compared to placing it in the store. But it made him happy. We asked if the ranch dip was in the bags. They said yes. But they weren’t there when we got home. Our veggie sticks were missing. I can only imagine the manager was saving the ranch and veggie sticks to feed his numorus pet ferrets. Next time I want wings I’ll try a different spot"

"The food was cold and there was so much sauce in my tray it leaked all over the bag fries and me whenever we pulled it out. On top of that not a single napkin in the bag. Whatever. I can get over that. Only to find we also didn’t get a single fork for our order either. My wings were somehow dry while sitting in a puddle of sauce? And I had no fork to eat with, and no napkins to wipe my hands off on after. Dont go here, just go to chilis instead."
