"I got food poisoning. Idk if the chicken was raw or dropped on the floor but I have been so sick it's effecting my efficiency at work for 3 days. The worker was incredibly rude to me and my friend about out order but I let it slide because everyone has a bad day from time to time. Not only that but the wings are tiny. Fries were good tho. I recommend the fries only."

"worst service ever! ordered parm fries, they gave me such little parm i thought it was salt, when i asked for more the girl looked at me like i was stupid and said that is parm and then i asked for more and when she went back i literally saw her tell her coworker and they started laughing, then they don’t even have any public trash cans only the one behind the counter. when i asked if i could throw my bag there (i asked bc it was behind the counter obviously) she looked at me and said “it’s a trashcan” as if i was asking a stupid question or something. overall whoever the manager here is needs to get their staff in check 0 professionalism 0 customer service !!!! girl with the colored hair was so rude"

"I’ve been to this location many times, and the service is consistently slow. I usually order pickup, but the quoted time is never accurate — my food is rarely ready when I arrive. I’ve even started showing up 30 minutes after the quoted time, and I still end up waiting. They also don’t seem to follow order instructions. I always ask for light seasoning, but my food comes out heavily seasoned every time. The front-of-house operations feel disorganized; customers often stand around waiting because there’s rarely anyone at the counter, as staff are usually busy catching up on backed-up orders. I honestly dread ordering from this location because of the lack of efficiency, but it’s the only Wingstop in Kennesaw. The food itself is good, though — when it’s finally ready."
