"Please DO NOT EAT HERE!!! As much as I love Wingstop, I highly recommend avoiding this location. When they first opened, I had a bad experience — but I decided to give them another chance months later. Big mistake. The customer service is HORRIBLE. When you walk in, no one greets you. Instead, the staff just looks at you like you’re bothering them while they sit around on their phones. I still tried to be patient and placed my order. After driving all the way home, I realized they forgot my ranch. I called, and the response I got was, “How far are you? If you come back, we won’t charge you for the ranch.” 😂 Seriously? Who eats Wingstop wings without ranch? Save yourself the frustration — just go to another location."

"So the food is always good but I order online on purpose. Today I shouted up the 20 minutes after ordering online only to find 3 employees hanging out and talking while several other customers waited and it was yet another 20 minutes before I got my food. I understand they are not fast food but that’s why I order online I don’t think 40 minutes for 20 wings and a fry is good business"

"Ordered 4 ten piece wings and all of the chicken wings was not cleaned all still had feathers on them… I called and got no help"

"Food was pretty good. There was no garbage can out for trash and the one table had a large bug on it."

"I gotta start by saying our cashier(Sumayah) was amazing, however the rest of our experience was full of distaste. We ordered our food, and was told it would be a twenty minute wait, over twenty minutes passes, and another guy brings his bag back in saying the order is wrong. This order of course happened to be ours. One of the cooks looked at us while putting the old food in a bag and then tried handing it to us. I asked if it was the food that came back in, she said yes and still tried to give it to us with an attitude. We said we didnt want it and were willing to wait or if it was too much trouble to remake we would be completely fine with a simple refund and then call it a day. It took our cashier to explain to them why giving out that food wasnt good for them to finally remake it. The cooks gave us dirty looks and were talking mess the whole time. The food was very rushed as we could tell when we got home as one of the wings appeared to be undercooked. Mistakes happen and thats alright, food service is stressful and not everything is always done right which is completely fine, however the reaction was quite insane in my opinion and left us feeling very uncomfortable."
