"Placed an online order for scheduled pick up 1 hour later. On arrival I waited 15 minutes. When trying to find out how much longer was told “8 more minutes maybe”. When trying to figure out how my scheduled order pick up was so far off I got a smart remark about how long they’ve had the order in their system. Rush was handled poor by staff and poor staffing by management on what should have been anticipated as a busy day. 3:30 pick up scheduled at 2:30. Left with food at 3:55"

"I’ve always loved wingstop, but today it was awful. Waited over 30 minutes for my food and there was only 1 other family; employees were standing around, cussing with kids in the establishment, food was barely covered in seasoning; my boyfriends wing was cooked- but not completely, and even the fries were off… honestly very disappointed… and won’t be back at the Rome location. They truly need a whole new team..came in on 6/25/2025 it’s now 8:05 we came in around 6:45..I ate 2 of my 6 wings; which is abnormal. Every bite had tons of tendons or something in them; we debated on asking for a refund it was so bad..$42 and I can safely say, it was NOT worth it… I hate to post a bad review but- 🥴my boyfriend is a food critic"

"Worst dining experience in a long time. Wings we barely covered in any seasoning or sauce, waited 30 minutes just for someone to take our order at the front desk, talking to ununiformed employees had priority over taking care of customers, all drinks were flat and warm in the drink machine, all around horrible experience. We will never be returning."

"Well the store was clean. We were greeted on entry then.... after ordering I went to drink Fountain and No ice told the person behind the counter they didn't care just walked away. The wings are ok but probably won't return."

"Waited over 30 minutes still no food. They said they have no ice. and there was only 1 other family; employees were working it appeared to be. It seemed no wanted to be there. No greeting. I asked for a refund since I still didn't have food. They said they would get the manager which took several minutes. He could not even pull out order up asked what we ordered handed us our money back no care in the world. Not we apologize we are short handed. He didn't even help his staff and I wont be back at the Rome location. I have eaten there before no issues but never again. They truly need a hire more customer oriented people."
