"Ordered online with Wingstop directly for this location. I ordered 4 of the 2 for $2 tenders. Two with lemon pepper, one with garlic Parmesan, and one with honey hot rub. Also ordered the corn and two large ranches. When it was delivered the ranch was spilled out all over the bag. Then my order was missing the garlic Parmesan tenders. I called the location to express my frustrations and the worker nor the manager were helpful. Both had lit me telling me that my order was correct and that the door dash driver may have taken the order. Instead of offering a partial refund, they tell me to come get the rest of the order and I am at work, which defeats the purpose. Very rude and not considerate.."

"I usually have a great experience at this Wingstop. it’s my favorite location. Most of the team members here are friendly, efficient, and know how to season the food. Carlos, in particular, deserves a major shoutout. He consistently displays a strong work ethic, great customer service, and professionalism. He’s polite and attentive. Once before, I even witnessed him come in on what seemed to be his day off and immediately jump in to help the back-of-house team when they were clearly short-staffed. No hesitation, just action. That said, there is one area where Carlos could improve: communicating wait times to guests. It would help manage expectations and prevent frustration, especially during busy periods. Unfortunately, tonight’s visit was disappointing because of one particular team member who was loudly rude and unprofessional—towards Carlos and customers. She made comments like “I’m going to walk out” “why didn’t you drop another 40” and referred to guests as “stupid” within earshot of others. Worse, I observed her use the restroom and return to the kitchen area without washing her hands, which is a serious food safety concern. As someone with a background in food safety, this is an imminent health risk that should be addressed immediately. I still prefer this location over others, and again, most of the time, it’s a great experience. But one team member’s behavior tonight really cast a shadow over the whole experience. I hope management takes this seriously, your good employees like Carlos deserve better, and so do your customers."

"Way too stingy with the ranch… when you pay more than a dollar for a cup of ranch the cup should be filled!! Filling up this huge sauce cup halfway is a joke… The fries were also awful. They were cut SUPER thick and because they were so thick the potato was not fully cooked in most of the fries… the worst wingstop I’ve ever had!!! I wont be back to this location."

"DO NOT COME HERE. WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR A WRONG ORDER. Ordered online and the app says food would be ready at 5:30. When I got there, the food was not ready. Waited for about 20 minutes in the resulting before they told us they couldn't find the order. They searched on the computer found it and made it. Got the order wrong. Gave me regular BBQ instead of Korean. The other wings barely had any sauce there was almost no seasoning on the fries. Did not receive any food until 6:20pm. Waited over an HOUR past the estimated time from the website for food that was not good. Use to love wingstop but this has been my worst experience. Bad food. Lazy staff. Will not be back."
