"Hard to give this one as many as 4 stars. And, if if it wasn't for the quality of the the wings, it would be 1 star. Service sucked. Wings were good. Was supposed to be 5 bone-on and 5 boneless. Ended up with all bone-in. Order took too long as well. Like I said, wings that I did get were good."

"I came in as a walk in and I waited past 30 minutes and still NO FOOD. I asked for a refund and explained i had to get my child to tutorial by 8. Still no response and NO satisfaction, I will call district manager. I spent $31.change So I came back after dropping my child off to tutorial and we waited another 30 minutes or better. No one was trained properly on how to handle refunds. The professionalism was very embarrassing. However, management had to come from vacation to refund me. Courtesy was there but customer service was dissatisfied. I strongly urge when opening any business that proper training skills should be addressed. This will definitely be a quick ending to a very new beginning if service continue to persist in the same manner. I feel a customer should not have to wait 7-10 days for a refund back to their debit card after a terrible experience."

"Looking at the other reviews not sure if they’re confusing this location with the other Savannah location. Ordered from here twice and the food was good and actually done on time. People were nice and had 0 issues. Best Wingstop option out of all the locations by far"

"We like Wingstop from this location, however the biggest turn off is the customer service. The restaurant is built as a pick-up only establishment so there’s essentially not even a need for customer service, so the lack of attention, greeting and looks of grudge to be at their job doesn’t make us uncomfortable, but it is still disrespectful nonetheless. Walked in to pick up our order — no ‘hello,’ just blank stares as if they’d just seen their enemy! Our best encounters are coincidentally only with the male employees in this location. Whoever was working today from 12-1pm, thank you to everyone but the front cashier gal."

"I really wanted to like the restaurant. I keep trying to patronize the place. Rude, service under cooked wings and corn. I told the manger my food was extremely greasy she expressed to me the food cooked in grease right. And then said the corn is raw some one yelled from the back it on a timer repeatedly. This place is a horrible joke. Back to chopsticks I go. Never waste another dollar there."
