"Overall, the food was good. Problem was there were no restrooms available for customers. No signs indicating no public restrooms. Had doors locked to both restrooms. Staff told us they had no public restrooms. We didn't know this until we had finished eating. Ridiculous way to run a restaurant business. We did see one person come out of the restroom that was not staff."

"The wings are always cooked well. Their Louisiana dry rub has a great spiciness to it, and their fries and ranch dressing make a wonderful compliment. The staff is always friendly and the wait times are reasonable."

"The customer service is absolutely top tier!!! I made the mistake of not double checking what I ordered and accidentally ordered boneless wings instead of bone-in. They were SO kind about it and remade my wings for me even tho it was 100% my fault and they absolutely didn’t have to!! I didn’t get anyone’s names but to the staff working around 1am on Nov 16, THANK YOU!"

"I’ve been here several times now and have always had a good experience. My food has been correct and good. We normally do the boneless meal deal and it always has leftovers. Viewing these comments, I’m confused. I’ve always had service with a smile and have always had a pleasant experience. Today was the first time I’ve ever waited inside for my order (usually always do an online order). I saw around 20 different people walk in during my wait. Not one customer who walked in smiled, said please/ thank you, and a couple I probably would have refused service to. I guess I’m old school. Give them a break, half of you customers are angry before anyone even greets you. Maybe try walking in with a pleasant demeanor and you’ll have a different experience. Otherwise, just do a pickup order, less dealing with people if that isn’t your thing. As for me, I like this place, they haven’t failed me yet!"

"The place won’t accept a $50 bill. They won’t accept AMERICAN CURRENCY in exchange for food. Unfortunately that is the new American way. It’s a shame. Service and food have usually been great but we will swear this restaurant off simply because they did not want our money!"
