"We ordered online. Said it would be ready in 10. Went to pick up 20 minutes later. The order was NEVER started. A bunch of teenagers just hanging out not working. Please go to ANY other location."

"I’ve tried them several times since opening, always asking for well done or extra extra crispy wings if ordering in person. Today I gave them one more try. I ordered in person was told to come back in 18 minutes because I asked for extra extra crispy. I get home and my wings are barely cooked. Had to put them in the air fryer.. I also asked for extra lemon pepper, no flavor. They have a tendency to not sauce the food as well. Staff here is a very friendly, but the food sucks."

"I didn’t want to give it 1 star because when I first started going here the wings were perfect. But lately I noticed the wings aren’t being cooked thoroughly. So maybe they have new people working here. But please fix this issue. You are going to make people sick serving undercooked wings and I shouldn’t have to tell a food restaurant to cook my wings a little longer that should be a given."

"The place was so clean I felt okay letting my 16 month old room around while waiting on our food. The people were very nice but the manager Mia was amazing! She was so friendly and made sure our food came out correctly and quickly! We love her and we will back for sure !"

"I've only been here 2 times. It's clean (smells like the use pinesoul to clean), the service was friendly and quick and the food was hot and crispy when I got home. I'm not used to that when eating Wingstop. They're doing something right at this location."
