"I ordered from here. I didn’t receive napkins, no ketchup and my fries was so over coooked, they taste like potato chips. I’m so tired of spending my money on food I can’t enjoy. I wish I could give it a zero tbh. Every time I order, it’s wrong or the quality is low."

"Always great food and service. So much so, I pass another closer location simply to patronize this particular location! The people are always very friendly and attentive. I've never stepped inside without kind and confident greetings. I work in the area so I sometimes grab lunch, and no matter what time of day they are CONSISTENT! This evening I showed up a few minutes early for my pickup order and decided to sit inside and wait. The young man who greeted me was nice enough to walk around the counter and hand me my order. He absolutely did not have to do that. I wish I had gotten his name, but I picked up my order on 12/18 around 9:30 in the evening if that helps. After the close of a long day, the team here brought me to a smile. Keep up the great work!"

"This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and my order has been stolen. Never came. I just spent $50 on an order to call because it hasn’t arrived and can’t get no one otp???? Not one person. First time I didn’t get my order called spoke to GM who said hey she’ll give a refund guess what never gt it.. ATP Yall stealing ppl money… someone needs to be issuing me a refund. I will not be ordering from this location ever again."

"I placed an online order with an estimated preparation time of 16-21 minutes. Surprisingly, I arrived in less than 15 minutes, and my food was already prepared when I walked in. The customer service was excellent, but my only minor gripe is that the fries were old and warm rather than fresh and piping hot."

"I wish I could give it a 0. I was absolutely astonished at the service I received. I ordered a 6pc boneless wing meal half atomic half lemon pepper with a side of fries to be delivered to me while I was at work. While eating my fries I noticed a hugeee clump of hair (as seen in the picture). Now normally if it was just a strand I would understand. I worked at a wing place and even with a 100% rating sometimes accidents happen. I would’ve happily just had my fries remade if it was a strand of hair but obviously after this I was very put off from ever eating at wingstop again☹️. After I saw this I immediately called the store and they said I could come into the store and get a refund or get my fries remade. I went to the store in person after work and they said that they could only remake the fries and not give me a refund. They told me that apparently their system doesn’t do refunds and they could only remake my fries. While there I also noticed that none of the employees in the kitchen were wearing hairnets. So do with that information as you will. I personally did not get my fries remade and I just left the store."
