"I had a fantastic experience at the Wingstop on Yellowstone Ave! Everything was on point—the wings were crispy, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the food came out hot and fresh. A huge shout-out to Cat for the outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to get such high-quality service in a fast-casual spot, but she really crushed it! If you’re in Pocatello and craving wings, this is the place to go. Ask for Cat!"

"Amazing the difference between my experience here, and my last experience at the Idaho Falls/Ammon location previously. so much better! Greeted with a hello at the door, we had ordered online because fresh food takes longer, but we knew we didn't want to wait. when we explained we had ordered online, they gave us our drink cups, and gave us an update on where the food was in the cooking process. we sat down, the manager noticed it appeared we were wanting to eat in, and he offered to tray up our food instead of boxing it to go. I know it sounds simple, but paying attention to little details like this made us feel seen and welcomed. and for only the second time at wingstop the same manager (Scott, I asked his name) even stopped to check on the food taste and quality of our meal. (I lived east coast, and have had wingstop across the country) Great experience, great food made correctly, in a genuine friendly environment. I live halfway between the 2 locations, and I will ONLY go to the Pocatello/Chubbuck Location moving forward"

"Had a mess up with our mobile order. Manager (Scott Higgins) and everyone was super helpful fixing the problem. Super happy with the customer service. My wife was really bummed and they made her night. We appreciate it! And the food came out fantastic!"

"I ordered 2 meals, one with boneless wings and one traditional. The boneless was fresh and tender but the traditional were so dry it was like eating Jerky. The customer Service was great and the establishment was clean and friendly."

"Never in my LIFE have I ordered bone-in wings from a wingstop (or any other establishment for that matter) and received wings that STILL had feathers in them and were improperly cleaned. I took my order in and the young girl at the register didn’t believe me until I showed her; she then said she would process a full refund, but otherwise she seemed completely indifferent to the fact this food was completely inedible as I had concerns about the cleaning process. It seems as if the staff was aware they were serving people these disgusting wings and did not care."
