"Usually I don’t have a problem with this place as they have pretty good wings, but this last time was just too much for me, I ordered $60 worth of food and had a waiting time of about half an hour- they were busy and had about 6 other people in there waiting and ordering as well. in the meantime I had to go pee and was patently waiting outside the door, for the first 10 minutes, then I knocked on the door to make it obvious to the person in there that someone else was waiting and you could hear videos playing from outside the door, as the whole half hour went by and my food was ready the person had still not come out of the restroom, i waited and additional 10 minutes after my food was done which at this point I was about to pee my pants, just to find out when the person finally came out that it was a wingstop employee in the bathroom the whole time watching videos and vaping in the bathroom, walked into the bathroom and there was still mini clouds of vape smoke in there smelling like some kind of berry. I get wanting a break but for you to just be busy and hogging up the bathroom to vape and watch videos is just unacceptable."

"The ranch sauce is better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Not sure yet about the original wings. They're ok. My husband says the wings are better quality. The Korean wings taste more like BBQ wings or soy-garlic. They make naked wings, we'll try them next time. Oh, the spicy corn is tasty."

"Went in on my lunch time to order food. No other customers in there. I walk to the counter and two employees standing by the fryers just looked at me as one walked off and the other stood there on the phone. The other one came back around and briefly stated that someone would be right with me. This employee proceeds to place fries into a fryer grabs chicken to place in the fryer all the while the other employee still on the phone texting or whatever was going on. I stood there and waited. Still no assistance and no desire to assist a customer. Sad deal that people that are employed in customer service have no idea of customer care. Needless to say I walked out without ordering a thing. I will never purchase food from there again. Glad there are other chicken places in town that are glad to assist in taking care of customers."

"The restaurant is VERY small. I don't think it was designed for people to stay and eat. You MUST call in your order, or you can wait up to 30 minutes to get your order. The wings are deep-fried with sauce squirted on them. They are not tossed in sauce, so they are completely covered. Kinda expensive for the wings. 16 dollars for a 6 piece plus fries and a drink is getting close to sit down, nice atmosphere restaurant price, not wings in a brown paper sack to go. I'm just saying ."

"I was entirely unimpressed with this location. It appears their scheduling/time management is awful. When I got there there were only two employees working during a busy time, I watched 3 others come back while I was waiting from what appeared to be their break explaining why they were so slow getting orders out, at no point should you have 3 people on break at once’s during a busy time. I then watched a young blonde girl that was working last night touch her face and hair about a dozen times while putting orders together without washing or gloves. They additionally messed up my order and had to re make it only communicating with me after the order was finally done, never checked in to say “hey sorry for the wait we made a mistake and had to remake the order.” Customer service lacked big time and the hygiene was concerning."
