"I called today no one answered the phone and then when I got there they we’re all just standing around doing nothing then I asked The gentlemen that I had just called and he said oh you hung up but the phone wrong like 10 times then I proceeded to try to order my food and he told me he couldn’t exchange the bill that I had. It was too big. My phone was 20. I had a 50 he said he didn’t have change for that. They are very rude in there and they might need to open up for different ethnicities to work there because it seems like they have a problem with colored people."

"Absolutely despise this place the people working here are very rude especially one lady. I’m not sure what her name was but she was Hispanic and she worked on the front counter and she decided to call me up Pendejo in the kitchen with other people and it continuously make fun of me for no reason all because she did not want to do her job and she also did not know that I could speak Spanish myself and understand what she was saying, but she decided to curse me out and try to make a joke out of it with her coworkers and make fun of customers and that is not how customer service is supposed to be this place has really great food but due to the service provided by the workers every single time that’s why I have a problem is because of the workers which is very sad because this location can thrive very well if they just had some nicer people working it’s really sad to see"

"Not sure about the stops because I did not go in. However we ordered 20 pieces a hot honey rub Chipotle rub, and they had not season rub on them. I called to let them know about how I’m not happy about not having season rub on the wings the placed me on hold and never returned. It’s not right. You pick a flavor you want that flavor."

"arriving at wing stop after a long day to not only wait over 15 minutes for my wings but to not even GET MEAT. I will attach pictures of the crumbs they gave me with zero meat inside. Disgusting. not only that the entire windows where you look in were boarded up with plastic. also the dining room was closed why I have no ideas. Just upset and angry."

"Stopped here for dinner today with my Best Friend and ordered two of the new sweet bbq sandwiches and we also got the 15 piece bone in combo w/ voodoo fries and two drinks for a total cost of $44.41! They staff told us it will take 20 minutes for the food to be ready. The Raspberry Sweet Tea is so amazing here it’s my favorite! The Lemon Pepper Wings were good and the sandwich was decent."
