"Placed the order at noon for pickup at 5pm. Arrived and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Order wasn’t fulfilled until 5:30. I understand it was a busy day with the Bears’ game, but if you can’t deliver a wing order with 5 hours of lead time, that’s some bad management. There were A LOT of irate customers present, which only added to the poor atmosphere and they made no attempt to provide satisfaction to anyone and there were people waiting much longer than me. Food was thankfully fresh, which was probably incidental in this case."

"Three male employees were clearly talking about me when I picked up my order in another language. Gesturing toward me and looking me up and down and even said my name. Fries and wings taste of old oil, soda machine was sticky and gross and there was no carbonation so it was basically just syrup. Worste wingstop in the area. Employees are rude and food taste awful."

"It is the 3rd time I have a problem with my food from the wingstop in Bartlett on Rt 59. I ordered a Spicy Korean Chicken sandwich and they literally put less tgan a tea spoon of sause on the sandwich. Its supposed to be fully dipped on the sauce."

"This is my local Wingstop, I’ve been multiple times. I find that their lunch time meals are typically better made! I’ve had numerous dry, incorrect, or straight up made-wrong meals here. (I got a wet garlic parm once??) Today my wings were made well, but they forgot my side and put my ranch in the bag with an unsealed lid which made it spill everywhere. I used to get Wingstop a lot more often, but this location in particular has made me stop coming as much. I hope they figure things out 👍 (They offered no refund or compensation for my time having to come back out for my side)"

"Why are my boneless chicken wings swimming in oil? Smh, I love the dry seasonings, but the majority of the seasoning is in the pool of oil. Look at my photos! That is not sauce, that's grease from frying mixed with the seasoning. Do better Bartlett WingStop."
