"I ordered their chicken tenders through uber eats. But What I received does not look like chicken strips, instead it closely resembles a large chicken nugget. These so called tenders are flat with no crispy batter and barely has any chicken in them. It looks like these were a bag of low budget frozen chicken nugget's you could buy from the grocery store. I tried calling the store to complain But got no answer. Mind you I order these chicken tenders all the time so I know that these were not the normal chicken tenders. I believe they ran out and since it was the close to closing time they just gave us anything. I would not recommend going to this location."

"Bad service. This was my 2nd time here. I wanted to give it a second chance, since it's close to my house. I got here at time to pick up my online order. However, I waited over an hour for my food. When I asked the worker, she'd keep on telling me that my order was almost done. So I kept waiting. New customers came and left, and I was still there waiting for my food. They would attend new customers and give them their food, regardless of the fact that I had been waiting for so much longer. It was until the 3rd time when I asked about my order that they finally gave it to me. I'm definitely not returning here. The workers seem nice, but it was the lady who seemed unfriendly. To all the other customers, she would give them their bags in their hands but when it was finally my turn, after an hour of waiting, she just threw it on the counter. Really bad service."

"This place really needs help. Management is poor and it shows in the service. Definitely needs better organization and improvement Food takes more time than it should. I wouldn’t recommend this location!!!"

"The wings came outs very fresh and hot, was mouth watering with hot lemon flavor. It is best food I ever tried. I got 10pc classic hot lemon combo. The ambience was good with a good friendly staff. I recommend to visit and add it to your bucket list."

"Placed an order online for delivery @wingstop.com. Received a notification stating that my order would be delivered between 7:07 pm and 7:18 pm.... At 7:38 I Received another notification stating that my delivery was canceled 🤨. I called the store and was told they have to locate my online order, they don't what happened and they would call me back in 10 minutes! Well twenty minutes later and no phone call so I went to the store only to be told that I would receive a refund from Doordash within 48 hours. Excuse me sir, I did not place an order with Doordash I placed my order directly through your website! To hell with Doordash because I'm quite sure the driver probably stole my food and to hell with Wingstop #1963 Chicago Heights.... I will never order from this store again. #CROOKS"
