"Gave this place 2 trys. First one i got 20 raw boneless wings that werent fully cooked and an order of fries that never seen a fryer. Go back here other day for the new deal and am told that it doesnt exist and you dont honor the 30 for 30 at that store. Will not be coming back"

"WORST wingstop franchise there is. Chicken tastes like it was cooked in dirty old oil. The sauces and rubs are terrible compared to others so what are they doing to cut comers here? They CONSISTENTLY mess up orders...3 times in a row at this point so it's a consistent quality problem - order boneless? You're getting bone in. Order blue cheese? You're getting ranch. Order extra veggie sticks? You get none. Order fries well done? Lol nice try. Ranch and blue cheese dipping sauces are watery and flavorless. Soft drinks taste like bottom of the barrel seltzers and are incredibly flat so they clearly don't replace them. Horrible. Order from another location."

"My son highly recommends this location, so I ordered takeout from there on New Year's Eve. I don't think they were expecting so many orders, but my food was hot and good. They ran out of CO2 for the soda machine, but they otherwise did a good job considering the situation."

"Placed order online. Arrived for pick up, fountain machine was out of order so they gave us bottled water instead and gave NO refund for fountain drinks when we asked. Also, the cup that I used to taste the fountain drink before realizing the machine was down, the guy PUT BACK with new cups! Disgusting!"

"Always late on pre-orders, no matter what. There’s no point in ordering ahead. They don’t start your order until you arrive/check-in anyway. The wings/foods are always good. But it’s definitely frustrating when I’m on a tight schedule to always be 10-15mins behind."
