"I’m so disappointed I was craving Wingstop for days! I place my order online pick it before the time frame surprised that my order was ready cause I literally just placed it. Wings are overcooked. I paid almost $50 for my food for it to be terrible. There isn’t enough sauce to make these wings edible."

"Lady was eating food out of fryer and touching her phone and her water bottle all without gloves and bagging ordering. I feel so bad for those who received these order in such unsanitary conditions"

"I am UPSET!!! Every time I order from here they always always forget something!!!!! OR MESS SOMETHING UP….. my ranch is always missing!!! And I NEED THE RANCH.. and they gave me DIET COKE INSTEAD OF REGULAR and if u love coke you know it’s a big fat difference in the taste. It may just be chicken but it’s a big deal if I’m paying all this money and craving it really bad just to not get what I wanted. And it’s happened more than 3 times…….the wings are good tho"

"this place should honestly be shut down because it is a BIOHAZARD. there was a cook in the back that was literally picking his nose and then touching the fries before adding them to the fryer. They are super unsanitary here and wouldn’t be surprised if people got food poisoning!! My mom ordered the food and once she saw what was happening, asked them to wash their hands and they were so mad and refused to! She ended up asking for a refund because there was no way we were going to eat that food especially with those cooks and girl at the front being dirty. Please stop hiring young people that don’t understand the importance of a clean kitchen!! You can be shut down because of this. Train your employees better. So gross!!!🤢"

"Girl who took my order needs a hearing aid... the chicken was cooked and seasoned well....if I lived here I'd return. Had cheese fries not a good picture of them just noticed that but they were good too."
