"They guy that took my order I believe his name on the receipt is javian he was very nice and friendly so this doesn’t pertain to him his customer service was a 5… but it’s a African American in there a cook he was very oblivious to the public he had his phone out texting and he was scratching his face while touching peoples cup and placing their food into the bags. He not once washed his hands and he then begin to touch his head and scratch I found that very unsanitary and that is a reason to why I will not return to this location. He did not care how he presented himself nor did he care about hygiene."

"Horribly ran location. The manager, Dimitri is the worst. I went in to place a 20 Wing order and 3 tenders, 2 fries. Waited around 25 mins just to drive all the way home open the bags and not have all of my food. I then called the store. Spoke to Dimitri and he apologized. I told him that I would be back shortly and that I would like my chicken and a refund for that chicken they forgot to compensate for my troubles. He was unable to refund it back to my card handed me the cash and then said were you expecting the chicken as well? I would normally never ask for anything, but the fact that I had to drive back up to the store while my food sits at home and gets cold to pick up the order that I did not get and then to be told that I still have to pay full price for it is horrible customer service. I’ll never shop here again, thanks!"

"My food was hot fresh and ready when I arrived .. I love coming to this particular wing stop because the food is good customer service is great . I am happy to see Kieanna back ! And Jose is very nice and punctual as well !"

"Wings were overcooked, hard and dry and barely had any sauce. The fries were cold. Absolutely disgusting."
