"Did an online order it said it will be ready in 15-20 min. I got there in 10 my order was ready but my food was not good. Wings were over cooked/not hot. And i did hot sauce and they barely had sauce on them They gave us a large fry but it was half way full. They just open it shouldn’t be like this"

"Waiting over an hour for food on two separate occasions. One online wait time quote 8-10 mins and a walk in order both times over an hour. This last and final time that I was there only one other person was waiting for food. A large fry comes with the wing pack meal not a small and I didn’t know that you serve buffalo fries. That is not what I ordered, but that is what I was served. The owners of this establishment need to look at these reviews and do something about it immediately everyone is literally saying the same thing. I guess when you figure out why you don’t have much footwork maybe it will start making sense to you."

"Ordered delivery, was happy they had a new location closer to me and had hopes they would be a little better with quality. I ordered well done wings because I truly don't like the softness of the regular cook and they came back... Soft. No way was it well done. I ordered Parmesan seasoning on my Cajun corn. It was really over seasoned with Cajun (I don't mind but it was A LOT) and the corn themselves were tiny, super shriveled (maybe they did those well done?) and they barely a bite's worth on 3 out of 5 of them. They forgot my drink, I called and they were nice about it and said they'd refund that. I did appreciate how apologetic the girl on the phone was. All in all... it's an average Wingstop lol. I had just hoped it would be a LITTLE better considering they just opened. I think I'll stick to the Country Club Hills location though."

"I placed an online order. My food was ready however I noticed they skimped on my large fry. No problem, I ordered another. 2nd order came right out but cold. The young lady took my fries back, that I touched, and re dropped them in the grease fryer. My wings were possibly done the same way because they were extremely greasy and well done. They’re serving old food cooked twice and are cross contaminating. However the staff was really nice. I just won’t be back. They just opened and are cutting corners is crazy."

"I ordered 10 wing combo along with other combos for my family. My combo was pathetic. All of my wings looked like dry naked wings although I ordered 5 hot honey and 5 lemon pepper. Both were flavorless and visually had no kind of rub or seasoning on them. The two flavors were not visually distinguishable….i ordered the “flavor on the side “ of the hot honey..Lord knows what the heck this concoction was but I swear it was oil with some kind of dry rub sprinkled in..straight up disgusting. Even my Coke Zero needed the syrup bag changed because it tasted like straight seltzer water…and that’s just my order. my wife and both my daughter had flawed combos too but I’m sick of typing. This place sucks"
