"Horrible. We preordered a day in advance for the superbowl. They keep moving the time on us and we have waited over two hours. Their customer service sucks. Will not return. Was daylight when we arrived now leaving in the dark."

"The food was fine- ordered the 5 tenders with fries and a drink meal, used the free chicken sandwich coupon, and ordered 2 extra ranches. Got home and opened everything up and there were no fries in the bag and no ranches- not even the one that is supposed to be included in the meal or with the sandwich. Husband went back to the store and showed our receipt to get our missing items and the man in the kitchen kept insisting he gave it to us and basically told us we were wrong. If we wanted something free it wouldn’t be little ranch cups and fries- we simply wanted what we paid for and didn’t receive. His customer service skills could use some adjusting."

"We placed an online order from here a few nights ago for pick up and arrived at the time that was specified, 1 hour after ordering. We were then told after arriving it would be another 30 minutes. We then decided to cancel the order, as the food had not yet been prepared. The clerk told us the money would be refunded in under 24 hrs. It's been 2 days and no refund has been issued. They clearly lied, so I'll be dealing with my bank on this one. Stay away from this shady, underhanded buisness. If I could give negative stars, I would."

"We both ordered the same flavors but one order bone in and the other bone out. I got the bone in and was left disappointed. The chicken tasted undercooked or was really fatty. Ended up only eating 3 out of 6 wings cause of that. Also, the fry portion for both seemed really small tonight. Overall was just an okay experience."

"Nasty restaurant!! Dirty everywhere you look !! I will never go back to this location!! The floor disgusting!! and the chairs, tables looks pretty beat up!! They need some big time renovation!! Also someone needs to call the Illinois public health for inspection!!"
