"Wingstop’s wings are honestly amazing. The flavors never miss and that’s the main reason I keep coming back. It is kinda expensive, and there’s basically no room to sit and eat, which isn’t great. But if you’re getting it to go, it’s 100% worth it because the wings are that good."

"I just spent $50 at Wingstop and somehow almost everything was wrong. I ordered Sweet Garlic and Hot Honey wings and instead got GARLIC PARMESAN. Not even close. Completely different flavors. On top of that, they gave me the wrong tenders too. How do you mess up BOTH the wings AND the tenders? For $50, I expect to get what I actually ordered, not a surprise bag of random food I didn’t ask for. I was excited for this meal and now I’m just pissed and disappointed. This isn’t a small mistake this is careless. Double-check orders before sending them out, especially when people are paying premium prices. Absolute waste of money and time."

"On Valentine’s day we ordered 10 wings that they shoved in a small box causing all the sauce to spill over the entire bag and my back seat…i didn’t say anything because we go to this wingstop all the time and they normally do an amazing job. we ordered again today and the wings were all half sauced and the corn and voodoo fries were sooooo over seasoned we couldn’t even eat them. on top of our food being awful, we set our order to be ready for 6:15 and i waited until 6:55 for my food. i don’t know who quit or got fired but bring them back because this new staff sucks!!!"

"So I went in tonight to order 2 wing combos. Well, my partner who has lupus by the way, pointed out how the kitchen staff including the male manager wasn’t wearing gloves. When I kindly asked why not and could they please for our order, they said no. Therefore, this led to us taking these photos of proof of no gloves. Then we noticed how nasty this wanna be restaurant was. Ice pilled up. Trash everywhere. Mold underneath the shelf where the sauces for the wings sit. The walls and tables with dried up sauce on them and it even was on the walls, the walls! Then as we are standing there, patiently and quietly waiting for our order, the manger and a female staff member came out and approached us. The female was racking her knuckles and mentioned to me first, “So we noticed that you seem to have a problem about the gloves.” After this statement my partner decided to kindly and calmly and say that we are waiting for our order and explained why we asked/requested gloves to be worn. Mind you this is now the second time we’ve mentioned my partners personal business. And then the male manger proceeded to say “Well, I just called the owner of the store and she said that the photos on your phone need to be deleted or we won’t be giving you your order.” My partner said fine, give us our money back. And then when I requested to have all the sale back in cash cause it was part cash and part debit, not credit, the manager said no you’ll get the money back on the card like you did when you bought it and told us to get out of their store and never come back. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PIECE OF TRASH RESTAURANT!"

"I've given Wing Stop numerous chances to redeem itself over the years, but time and again, they fall short of expectations. My husband is an avid fan of wings, while I occasionally enjoy the boneless garlic parmesan variety. Unfortunately, my order consistently arrives drenched in grease, making them nearly inedible. After several subpar experiences, I started choosing alternative restaurants whenever my husband had a craving for wings. I grew tired of receiving improperly drained, excessively greasy wings. Despite my reluctance to give them another try, my husband convinced me that Wing Stop had improved their quality and service, so I hesitantly agreed. Sadly, our most recent visit (tonight 06/10/2025) proved otherwise. My wings were once again swimming in a pool of grease, just as they had been on countless previous occasions. It's possible that the quality and effort put forth by the staff might differ on weekends, but I would expect consistency regardless of the day of the week. This latest experience has left me disappointed and unwilling to give Wing Stop any more chances. In my experience, the restaurant has demonstrated a lack of care and attention to detail when it comes to preparing and serving their food. I strongly believe that the management should address these issues by improving their quality control and ensuring proper staff training. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
