"Placed an order at 5:45 for a 6:30 pickup on Saturday 1/10. I walk in at 6:25 and checked in. The place was packed wall to wall. I asked when my order would be ready, he told me 20 minutes. I asked what the purpose of the selected pick up time is and he said “yeah, I don’t know.” I came back 20 minutes later and he told me “it’s going to be a while.” I proceeded to watch as he continued to tell people he was making up wait times and he didn’t know what to tell them, etc.. They were already completely slammed, yet continued to take orders over the phone and through their website and app, when the responsible thing would’ve been to shut off orders until they caught up. While I appreciate the manager was trying to help package orders, she should’ve been up front, managing the chaos. Instead, a kid with zero customer service skills and an inability to handle the rush, was up front further pissing off the already hungry and irritated customers. I get working in the food industry is tough. I get people can be jerks. Anytime anyone asked for refunds they were told the manager would handle it later and would call them to let them know it had been done. Another example as to why the manager should’ve been up front. I got my order at 7:45, for a 6:30 pick up time. It was absolutely ridiculous."

"We order Wingstop often, but the last two orders we were not happy. About a month ago, we placed an order that included three fries. we did not receive one of the three fries. I called the restaurant was given a hard time. I was told they couldn’t refund me for the fries that were missing. They asked if I would come get the fries, mind you I had my food delivered. After much back and forward I was given a credit for one fry. I received my credit. Today we place another order and again they forgot the fries. We call and was told we can come get the replacement fries (again mind you we had delivery) or we have 48 hours to come in and get them. I have never experienced a restaurant given a time limit of when I need to get my replacement on what I paid for and the error of the restaurant. Because of this error happening twice and the lack of rectify the situation we will no longer patronize this location."

"Yes I realize it was Bears Saturday. I expected the order to be a little late. I placed the order at 4:07pm for a 6:15pm pickup. I left an almost 6$ tip on the order. I arrived to the expected zoo at 6:10, and was told 15-20 minutes. Fine. At 7:05 I was still standing by the front desk waiting. The individual behind the desk had since stopped lying to people by saying 15-20 minutes, and had resorted to a simple "I don't know." At 7:10 I walked out with my 42$ order. We ate the food. It was what i expected from wingstop. But I want my tip back. Ya know, the 15% tip i left 3 hours earlier for my 6:15 pickup, before I knew my service was going to be poor."

"My first time going to wing stop. Girl at counter was nice. I ordered by app. It was ready at time quoted. Got to say the wings where plump and juicy better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Fries where seasoned and taste real good with ranch sauce. Flavor was good. My only complaint. I got 6 wings and 5 where drum sticks and one wing. I hate drum sticks. I know places charge to pick what kind you want that why I did not. 2 drum sticks or even 3 would of been fine but why 5. For minute I thought do you only sell drumsticks if so, I would not return but I saw the one wing buried under the 5. I do recommend. Was more filling than I had expected."

"Place is clean #1. Good crew that works clean and interacts with guests. Victoria greeted us, answered our questions, and gave us recommendations. No shortcuts here. For people complaining about time…. They’re fresh wings, and we’re not the only ones ordering. Worth the wait and would come back again."
