"I placed an online order for a 75-wing family pack on February 5th for pickup on February 8th at the Wingstop location in Skokie, IL. I chose the pickup time of 4:45 PM so our group would have time to enjoy the food by the start of the Super Bowl. We arrived at 4:40 PM and I noticed 50+ other people standing around waiting for their wings. I showed my order receipt to a staff member, and he told me it would be another 20 minutes. While waiting, there was a lot of grumbling and upset customers, who were also told their orders were delayed. After 20 minutes had passed, I asked a staff member for an update, and he told me there were about 50 names ahead of mine and that it would be another 50 minutes. At this point, I didn’t want to wait that long and miss a good part of the Super Bowl. Additionally, I was worried they might even run out of wings. I chose to cancel my order and pick up Chinese food from the restaurant next door (this took 15 minutes). I started visiting the Wingstop in Skokie because it’s closer to my house than the one I used to visit in Evanston. It’s back to Evanston for me, never to visit the Wingstop in Skokie. I don’t think this is a rash decision based on one bad night. Whoever manages this restaurant has no idea how to plan for an expected major event. The worst part was never receiving an apology. No “sorry about that,” only “hey, we got a lot of orders.”"

"My wife and I ordered 40 piece wings with fries for our family of 6 including our 4 kids through Doordash. We only received 20 wings, EVERYTIME we order from this New Skokie Location we NEVER receive our full order, this has been happening repeatedly. This was never an occurrence at the Evanston location. It seems like the staff there is doing some shady shit shorting people on their food! We called up to Skokie WingStop and were told to come up there to receive our missing wings. When we got up there we were GASLIGHTED! Customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE this same man who told us to come up there for our missing food would NOT give us our wings even after showing him our receipts and picture of only 1 bag being delivered after he said there were supposed to be 2 bags. He then proceeded to feel "threatened" and called the police, as a black man and women with locs we felt discriminated. I know for a fact if we were a white couple we would have gotten our missing food. 6 Squad cars then came up to wing stop surrounding us this man lied on me telling the police I had a gun! The Skokie police came and (Shout out to them) because they were understanding & even tried to help us get our missing wings but this man STILL told them no! As a black man in the Unites States having the police called could've turned into tragedy. We left with nothing, luckily we originally received enough to feed our 4 kids, what a horrible experience. I couldn't post the full video on here but will be posting it on social media because this was unacceptable!"

"Our host today was Anthony, and he went above and beyond to ensure our very large order for 14 people was perfect. He made sure everything included the proper fixings, utensils, and napkins. Despite the short prep time, the order was ready flawlessly. Thanks to this experience, my entire staff are now fans of Wingstop. Lunch went extremely well, and I would 100% recommend this location!"

"I really don't understand all the negative reviews for this location! Me and my husband have been here 4 times since they opened and we have had nothing but good experiences. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. Hopefully the people that gave it negative reviews give it another chance because I really hope this location lasts!"

"I had got a combo meal and I had put the food on the table and I went to the bathroom for not even ten minutes and he had thrown it in the trash when he knew I went to the bathroom and when I was first ordering he got my order wrong when I said bone in he said I could swear you said bonless. honestly all said in done this guy needs to get fired and he had his AirPods in the whole time and they never gave a refund and he threatened to call the cops like what would they have done very bad service never come here and he says he’s the manger I highly doubt it and that’s not how you should treat ur customers he said how would I know you went to the bathroom and he had seen me go to the bathroom while he was cleaning up."
