"We live about 2 hrs away away from here, so it was such a treat for us to stop in here because we don't have one in our town. The front line staff were super helpful with suggestions and how to build our combos. We ended up getting Lemon Pepper Classic Wings, Garlic Parm Classic Wings, Mild Chicken Tenders with regular fries and Cajun Fries. Nothing disappointed! The service was quick. The food was fresh. The store was clean. Limited seating but tables were available. We visited during lunch rush so some dine in customers, and some pick up orders both were managed in a timely manner. We were impressed with the customer service and the menu options. Above and beyond! Our total stay from start to finish was 35 min. We will be back in the future for sure! Thanks for such a great first time experience."

"Nice people working there, but the website is exceedingly clunky, and staff at the restaurant cannot honor coupons when the website fails to work. The food is never ready on time. Other than that, nice people and good food, but forget about getting in and out quickly and using their online coupon promotions. I'm thinking they are not real promotions, just meant to get you interested in buying something at Wing Stop."

"The service at this location is terrible. The place was packed with people (18 customers at one point) waiting on their orders 15+ minutes past the promised time with zero communication about order status, got multiple orders wrong that people complained about, charged people for sauces that were left out of the bag because they technically left the store before discovering it. We originally planned to sit down and eat but the environment combined with it being at least 80 degrees in there made that plan untenable. Major language barriers and zero idea of how to take care of a customer or smooth over poor experiences. Do better."
