"I will NEVER order from this location again. I ordered an 8 piece classic hot honey wing and a fry with extra seasoning and requested both to be well done. When my order was delivered and I opened my food, I noticed my fries were dark and soggy and had almost no seasoning on them. My wings were also not well done and barely had any seasoning. I immediately called the restaurant to voice my concerns and the woman I spoke with was very pleasant. She apologized for the issues and offered to refund my order. She explained that she would get the refund approved by her manager and send me a confirmation via text. Because I was on my lunch break and did not have a way to bring the order back to be remade, I had no choice but to eat it. About 10 minutes later, I get a call from the young lady who explained that her manager denied the refund and offered me only a store credit. I asked her if I could speak with him directly and she stated she would have him call me. When he called me, I was trying to explain the issues with my order and he tells me that the hot honey is a dry rub so it is not going to be saucy. As I try to continue, he kept rudely cutting me off. I asked him if I could please finish explaining before he cuts me off. I explain to him that I am aware that it is a dry rub, and that the point I was making is that there was almost NO dry rub on my wings, and I could barely even taste the flavor. I then re-iterate the other issues with my order. He proceeds to tell me that they do not offer refunds for quality issues and refused to give me the refund because I “got the food.” I tell him that this is CRAZY because as a paying customer, I pay for quality food and if the food is not up to par, it is there job to right the situation. He offered me a remake and I explain that if that was an option, we wouldn’t be on the phone arguing about this. He explained that he would give me a refund for the fries but not the rest. I explained that I would take the refund for the fries and the credit for the wings but I would NEVER spend another dime with them. I asked for a email confirmation of the refund and the manager refused. He was extremely rude the entire time, essentially accusing me of trying to get a free order and barely allowing me to get a word in, as he kept interrupting every time I spoke. This is only my second time going to this wingstop and both experiences have been bad. I will not return. $20 down the drain."

"Today's wings hands down was some the best cooked wings I've from here. I been here plenty of time since it opened but today's wings hit different fresh, crispy, full of sauce not greasy or oily like other times before. Who ever new tall guy cooking back there keep him! Also the fries were nice n crispy too no soggy fries fyi!"
