"The guy that took care of my order was amazing. From the time I walked in and he was smiling and very personable. I had messed up my order online and he made sure that I got the order I wanted. And even pulled out his own phone to make sure that we were doing it the correct way because I was ordering an another ranch. an another ranch. And he wanted to make sure that I was getting the best thing for my butt. And he had me order a big ranch instead of two small ranches. Now that’s service now that’s service. Also, the place was very clean and I appreciated that."

"Spent $60 on wings for the family and ordered ahead for the football game. Drive to pick them up and got home and they literally have no sauce on them. The group order of fried os laughable and the 2 orders of veggies was definitely one order."

"Absolutely horrible. I ordered garlic Parmesan & Louisiana rub flavor well done on DoorDash. I got barely done food with no flavor. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I’m definitely reporting this location to corporate. The franchise owner should be ashamed."

"I left a one star because the food was hot and fresh but I did not feel it was sanitary at all, all the employees in the kitchen had their hair down & so did the cook with dreads he did not have his hair pulled back or in a hair net. One girls braids were all the way to her knees and not pulled back, the manager that was in a black wing stop shirt that was standing at the register, was on her phone on speaker and cussing while having a conversation with another employee, the food again is always fresh when we got , the lobby is always a mess when we come in always.. rather it be straw wrappers or unclean tables it’s never kept up on. Had it not been for my boyfriend wanting to eat here I would have not gotten dinner here tonight due to the unsanitary environment. Sadly I don’t think this review is going to do anything as far as improving the stores environment. But thought others should be aware of this. It would also be unfortunate if one of the girls braids or hair got in the grease easily and something terribly happened, I hope that the district manager or corporate sees this some how or someway, TIA."
