"listen, girl i’m a wingstop diva ok? i love wingstop. i dream of wingstop. this was my favorite location up until we received the grossest, coldest chicken of my life (which was hardly sauced and im a sauce girly) and called to have a replacement/refund to which i was heavily disrespected and genuinely upset about bc girl what??? the worker on the phone said it’s fr my fault😭😭 drama central genuinely just order from another location"

"I called the restaurant to get this is fix and they won’t fix it I would never come back get here again I ask for no pickles they Added pickles when I’m allergic? Now I have to throw it away to the trash 🗑️ because they won’t give me my money back bad restaurant"

"Open till 3 AM. It's a great place to stop in, Grab some wings or a chicken sandwich. You canget it to go. All their flavors are good. My favorite is mango habanero, my daughter loves the mild, and my wife loves the garlic parmesan."

"I ordered a 10 piece and only received 9. The wings were bland. They still had feathers on them. The ones I ate literally tasted like nothing and I ordered the hot honey. The fries were barely seasoned. The only thing good was the ranch sauce and the fountain drink. To make matters worse, there were two women cashiers hanging out on their phones, while they joked and played with their friends who were coming in and out of the store. I ordered before them and they somehow got their order first. Because the workers were in there playing around it took over 30 mins for two 10 piece wings , one with fries. This location is HORRIBLE. Wingstop needs to send a secret shopper. This location was absolutely garbage. No I don't want a free meal. It was so bad , I didn't finish eating the food I had. I just want others to know before making the same mistake we made. This place is AWFUL. DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP"

"The food is decent. The price is better. The service is terrible. Good luck being able to have anyone to answer the phone. I don’t know where’s mangement. I tried to make a change to my online order and sat on hold for over 10 mins before I hung up. Ridiculous"
