"I’m going to give this particular location a 1 star. I arrived to the premise and sat in my vehicle as I browsed the menu as I never had Wingstop before. I had a hard time deciding on what I was wanting as they had a few options. Took me a good 12 mins browsing the menu. One of the workers came out of the establishment looking through the back of my vehicle window . I didn’t think anything of this I assumed maybe he was looking for someone and assumed I was them. He went back inside . I still sat in my vehicle browsing the menu and relaxing in a public parking lot with several other businesses surrounding. The same worker came out and asked me “sister are you placing a order” I was confused at that point because why are you coming out to the parking lot and asking me if I’m going to order, and why are you calling me “sister” . I told him politely I am browsing the menu and yes I will be ordering . He went back inside the establishment and about 7 minutes later he came back out with a broom and dustpan, he swept for 4 mins outside looking at my vehicle the entire time . I felt uncomfortable at this point and drove to the next establishment over and ordered me a donut while i reviewed the menu for Wingstop. When I drove back to Wingstop I went inside and was greeted by a different team member but the one questioning me had a hawk eye on me . From there things went left with questioning as if I didn’t belong in the establishment . I asked for a refund and was told no . After about 7 mins of demanding my refund I was told I had to wait on the manager to arrive. Once the manager arrived I had to tell the entire story over . The manager couldn’t even give me a refund receipt and told me to take a picture of my refund on my phone from his phone ?! Odd behavior and I still never got a chance to try Wingstop. Thanks for taking the time to read this long review ."

"When you order wings in Super Bowl Sunday, you expect there to be a wait from when the estimated pick up time is. Maybe 10-15 minutes… not 53 minutes. Put in my order at 12:50pm the same day to be ready for pick up at 5:45pm. I walked out with my wings at 6:38pm. I did get my order with some fries that I did not order (assuming they were giving away free fries as a curtesy for waiting so long). The worst part of the experience was the customer service. They had, who I would think to be a very sweet lady, bringing the food up front and dealing with the customers, acting as front of the house. This lady must not have even been an employee there because she had no idea how to deal with people or answer questions. I don’t believe she really understood English as well. I witnessed one man ask to cancel his order and for a refund, but the lady said they can’t do it and walked away as the man was asking questions. I myself asked the lady if there was a way to show who’s order was being prepared, who’s was ready, as they normally do on screen. She looked at me and walked away because I don’t think she understood what I was saying and didn’t know the answer to the question. So if you’re looking to order on any other day other than Super Bowl Sunday, do so. If you plan on ordering for Super Bowl Sunday… I highly advise not to. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk"

"Worst experience from any food service establishment of my life! NEVER coming back. People who were receiving orders had to wait 2+ hours after arriving on expected time the food should be ready, then they won't give a refund in person. MANAGER ignored people complaining and wouldn't give his name. They don't even speak English! Never using wingstop ever again. During superbowl, and missed entire first quarter just trying to get money back. They didn't resolve anything. Still extremely upset. I had to walk out bc im not missing the entire game!"

"Not sure why they have bad reviews - this was my best Wing Stop experience so far! They were super busy when we came in but the guy serving the counter was awesome and had a great attitude working through the busy rush. Food was hot and fresh. We will be back!"

"As ordering because the online didnt work the employee kept asking is that all after every item. Sure no big deal i guess but some other person comes in and is talking to them while we’re waiting and walks into the back and has a coat on and everything not sure if hes an employee or a friend but they all talk for 5 min while everything’s getting cold and the last thing is being made. Girlfriend wanted the ranch on the side of the voodoo fries so it wouldn’t make them all soggy and the guy clearly wasn’t listening and he charged for extra ranch on the side and still put ranch on them. But after she told him about not wanting ranch on it and after we see the recipe with a ranch charge one other employees come up and she asked if they could not put it on the fries bc we thought the first guy misunderstood when he charged us for ranch thinking we just wanted one and he said “they come with it on there you cant” like they just couldnt understand what was being said to them (plus a clear language barrier with the heavy accents) but we didn’t mention the ranch charge and ended up with 2 un needed ranches. plus my 5 Hawaiian wings on the side that look like they just got sauce thrown on them and not mixed at all. Also her fries are still covered in ranch even after asking for none and them giving it on the side. He also never told us that he was charging us for that ranch on the sife so we assumed he understood we just didn’t want it on the fries early. Adked for extra lemon pepper on corn got extra Cajun instead. Don’t think there even is any lemon pepper at all. First time none of those employees were there and everything was perfectly fine. This group was not a good one. Employee name was ____ (looking for receipt) he was typing on the screen for awhile while asking for extra lemon pepper on the form but I guess he was just ignoring all that."
