"Just ordered a specific order. They decided to make it how they like and argued with me when I called back to say it wasn’t what I ordered. The “mgr” is very unprofessional to continue to argue and ask me if I can bring the food back at 12midnight. When I tell him I’m at home and will not be leaving back out he says “well come tomorrow and I will replace chicken and fries and THATS IT!” Great, that’s all that was messed up and needed to be replaced. I never have an issue with Illinois Rd. I will not be back."

"Amazing customer service from shift lead and general manager (Starr and Patel). Order accuracy was top tier. And I got my order in a timely fashion. I see a big difference between 1st and 2nd shift"

"This might be a one off because it was my first time at this specific spot. My first experience was not good. Extremely busy, hard to get your food. I ordered online and picked up my food and unfortunately I did not know there was a second bag missing. Did not know until I got home. My fault for not looking before I left the restaurant. I called to make sure they had my food still there. Was left on hold twice, second time for 15 minutes while I drove all the way back. I will say it was extremely busy so im giving them a bit of leeway and probably would have given 4 stars but I was ignored at first when I got there to get my second bag and the food at that point was cold, chicken was still good cold but the fries and cheesy fries not so much. Had to throw them away."

"Food was ready in a timely manner, Food order was correct, Friendly staff. Nice and hot whenever I got home which is 5 miles away with the outside temperature of 12 degrees Thank you! I think this establishment is under new ownership. Well done! Thank you!"

"So I want to start out by explaining, this isn't the food I ordered. However, not at the fault of WingStop, it was the Doordash delivery drivers fault. The sandwichs, although I have no idea what kind they were, tasted great The fries were some of my favorite ever actually. Great flavor, great crispness, seasoned to perfection. Overall, the presentation and food were fantastic, I just won't be using door dash again."
